Ive been dealing with visual effects for years now. Since 2020 the quality of service has gone down hill to the point where it was taking them 3-6 months getting my contacts in, ordering incorrect contacts and prescribing me lenses that were either far too strong or far to weak all while giving. They've been short and dismissive with sessions and have given me many frustrations for the last 2 years. I would have paid that much for their service a couple of years ago but not anymore. I am done with Dr. Ferguson and his staff.

Syri and Natalie were very helpful picking out frames which suited me. I love my glasses and prescribed sunglasses!!

Had been coming to VE for years- Currently in between Benefits plans and have a vacation coming up asked for one week of contacts for that was told no, Must do another eye exam first. Asked to book it for after vacation just need enough to get through that. Was told no. Called another optometrist was taken care of immediately.

This was my second visit for an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Choudry was excellent explaining the process and the results. Cassandra was amazing helping me select the best frames for my face, finding great style while staying inside my budget and thoroughly explaining all the lens options. Thank you! 5 stars and I highly recommend this team!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plus, easily has some of the best selection in Lethbridge. Sean was helping us. He went above and beyond! Helping us find a good deal so my wife could buy glasses and prescription sunglasses. Also, even though I had purchased my glasses elsewhere, Sean spent over fifteen minutes adjusting and re-adjusting them and even tried multiple nosepads until I found one I liked.And did I mention that Sean stayed well after closing to make sure we had received the absolute best customer service? Come here, if only for the incredible customer service and excellent selection ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Hart is a fantastic doctor with a great personality!! knows his stuff and treats patients with respect! I recommend him to everyone.

I wear a mask all day in my dental practice and I understand the importance of masks protecting against the aerosols I work with every day. That said, in December of 2021, I made an appointment to get my eyes checked. The provincial mask mandate (not a law) was still in effect. I don't wear masks in public, but out of respect, keep my distance. I know the science and I have a degree in microbiology. If you can smell smoke or bear spray with a mask, then it doesn't do a thing against a virus. The other thing I know is, if you're not sick you're not contagious. Half way through my appointment I was confronted by the office manager giving me the ultimatum. She was government enforcement, shooting her business in the foot with her intransigent tactics. There was no reasoning or higher authority to go to, so I left and will never return. The staff was nice, hence 2 stars.

I was a previous patient at Visual Effects where for years I had great service. Now in my later years with health concerns I had to throw a fit in order to actually see the optometrist last spring and since then I have been to the clinic four times and I've never sat down with the optometrist once. I actually had an appointment today - but the doctor was still not available to see me 1/2 an hour after my appointment time. I am not earning sitting in their chairs waiting so I left to go back to work. No phone call of apology was provided. I really am not sure customer service is their specialty - or even on their radar - although the propaganda I had to listen to from the head of FYI - tried to tell me otherwise.

From the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Choudhry to the wonderful informative ladies who helped us with our choices and fittings, we would not hesitate to recommend FYidoctors to everyone requiring optometry services. We have dealt with this office since 1997 and have received excellent care. Great job. Thank you.
