My computer was not performing well and then I could not even access it. What was I going to do? I found this website and read the great reviews. So I clicked their link and sent a text message to Vlad, the Manager. He literally replied within minutes. We set up a time for him to come to my home that same day to diagnose my computer. I needed a new hard drive. Vlad took my computer, installed a new solid state hard drive and delivered my computer back to my home within a few days. He showed me some new things and answered my naïve questions as well as installed some free programs. Great quick and efficient service. Thanks again Vlad.
