Horrible experience, ordered on Grey Cup day at 5pm, did expect that it would take longer but at 7pm the food did not arrive, phoned and they claimed they had called us back to confirm order. We had no record of a call so this was an out an out lie by the person from the phone. Makes no sense why they would call back to confirm considering we have ordered from there before and have always paid. Dishonest and horrible business practices. Nobody should order from this establishment and they should be put out of business.

I have eaten from this place at least 35 times. Each time the food is Amazing. I've had many dishes. Each dish is made with care. This Palace! Makes excellent food. This is the best place on HENDERSON Hwy. You need to try this place. I have never had bad food once. It's really that good! From the pictures you can see how well it's made. NKs best food.

Horrible experience. Ordered and food never arrived. When I called they made no effort to apologize. No effort to make things right. They ought to be ashamed of themselves, that's no way to run a busines.They do have a few tasty items on the menu BUT what good are they when they don't bring the food?

Leaving a review because truthfully, I don't really like Chinese food as I think it doesn't have very much flavor/spice. BUT everything we ordered from here was so flavorful and yummy. 10/10 on the honey garlic chicken balls, sweet and sour pork, and shanghai noodles!

my go-to. #39 makes a great (large) meal all on it's own.

Wow. Wow. Wow!I was hesitant to order at first, based on the reviews here - everyone seemed so angry. But, I realized people were mostly mad about it being late or not arriving so I took a chance because stuff happens! And quality food takes time as well as popular places.Anyways! Singapore Vermicelli was amazing and huge portion size! Delicious, fresh, hot and well packaged!!The Shrimp Chop Suey was also delicious, hot and fresh, such a large portion!I also got a combo dinner to provide a bit of the things I love and everything was better than I could have hoped for. The breaded shrimp was cooked perfectly, yum!! And the chicken balls were cooked the best from anywhere I've ever eaten. It also was authentic white meat chicken that had a large ratio to the breading! I have leftovers and I am so happy about that! I also got an egg roll that came with the combo plate but I am too full to eat it hot. I will save it for later!Now the restaurant charges you for chopsticks and at first I thought that was really lame BUT it turns out they are long, beautiful, plastic chopsticks that you can reuse for leftovers.I'm very impressed by this restaurant and I felt you guys needed a great review and not all these haters!!! Amazing, quality food! Eat here!

We ordered for New Years Day, everything was fresh, made right on time, hot and SO GOOD! Best Chinese food I’ve had in a LONG time.

Would be my new favourite Chinese food place if they just got a new recipe for their ginger beef! Ginger beef was all mushy breading. If they would just get a new recipe for ginger beef this would be my new favourite place because all the other food like Szechuan chicken and breaded shrimp and fat noodles were very good. I really hope they get a new ginger beef recipe so I can keep coming back.

Best Chinese food around. Delivery is fast, which is great for when you forgot to take something out of the freezer.
