Such an amazing placeOne of my all time favorite hikesIt starts off pretty easy there is some incline on the way thereBut on the way back is killerThe views are to die for and we'll worth the effort

Beautiful hike , very easy to do , if you're doing it in winter bring clamp ons because the walk down to the falls is steep and always full of ice

Wapta Falls Main Trail
I did this quick fairly easy hour long forested hike 930 am in September and it was cold and the sun wasn't shining yet through the trees. The falls were nice but the vantage point seems a little cramped. I'd recommend doing it in the afternoon to see the full colors of the falls and river.

Wapta Falls Main Trail
My favorite fall in the area!! We had so much fun climbing and splashing!! It’s a bit of walk there but its an easy trail and it lets the place to be less busy and more enjoyable.Go down to the fall and up the rock if you can, though it’s a bit steep and you will get wet, it was such a fun thing to do! Kids and dogs friendly.

There were some narrow and steep passages but overall the trail is quite straightforward. The view of the falls is decent too.

Wapta Falls Main Trail
Do maps here instead of “wapta falls” to get to the correct location. Parking here is small but free.This was an easy 2km walk to reach the top of the falls before you can take a short descent down to the base of the waterfalls. Very beautiful and an adventurous time!So bring bug spray / mosquito repellent as there are quite a few mosquitoes at the start of the trail.

Wapta Falls Main Trail
If you have seen sunwapta and athabasca, this may seem an average fall for the effort taken. The walk from the parking till the fall is 2.5 kms and fairly easy but you can find tree branches all along. So no strollers pls....

Great hike, very easy. Beautiful falls.There are some semi steep areas with big roots that are easy to walk but might be tough with a stroller or bikes.

Wapta Falls Main Trail
Well worth the 45-minute hike with just two steep peaks to reach the waterfall and experience the refreshing splash.
