Thank you to the lady who was working today! I had never been to your store before, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and was super friendly! I didn’t catch her name but she was very knowledgeable/helpful and answered all my questions when I stopped in to grab some smoked bones and antlers. Definitely will be stopping here in the future!!

Pet Planet Gasoline Alley provided me with an incredible experience! The owner, Shaina, is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, she answered all the questions I had regarding changing my Australian Shepard's diet to something more natural. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Not to mention, they have a Christmas donation tree helping out local shelters and I have seen shelters posting thank you's because, even though they have opened during a financially straining time due to Covid, the owner has continued to donate and help out our local shelters. I was very impressed! The store is kept clean, organized, and I was able to find everything I needed. I absolutely love this pet store! The owner Shaina is extremely knowledgeable when I've asked questions about our senior dog as well as our puppy.Our vet diagnosed our senior dog with alzheimers and suggested ingredients in foods and treats and this store had it, Shaina knew exactly what I was talking about. Makes this fur mama much more comfortable when shopping there knowing I'm getting the best advice!!

Shaina is awesome! She not only helped me figure out what food worked best for my puppy when he was struggling to find one that worked with his digestive system, but she has awesome communication skills and always keeps me posted when his food comes in! I can't thank her enough for her help with Archie! Highly recommend checking her store out!

Shaina is literally the nicest person, she’s also a crazy hard worker and really cares about her clientele. We get a dog food that is sometimes hard to find, she orders it in, tells us when it has arrived and then sometimes even hand delivers it! It’s in a super convenient location located out by Costco and other amenities. Highly recommend this store! Oh…and if you’re lucky you get to give Briggs and Otis pets while you’re there too :)
