Well we did not get a cockroach in our tea BUT we did not get a complete happy meal either. ( only a burger and drink: not even in the h-meal packaging) Which mean back in line dealing with stressed out, under prepared staff who answer questions with a Yea" and all of a sudden lost their fake accent when spoken to about their ability to complete a simple meal. What a farce! Do your self a favor go to A&W across the street and eat healthy and experience excellence customer service."

ZERO STARSEdit: I think it's disgraceful that the owner has not responded to any reviews posted here!Terrible experience. After paying for our food we were instructed to pull straight ahead which we did. We waited 20 minutes and nothing was delivered. I phone to ask about it and spoke to a very rude female that told us we would need to come back around.We drove around and were told the food had been thrown in the garbage.We were so frustrated we left leaving our food and money behind.Thank you A and W for serving us promptly and pleasantly.

We've been waiting more than 17 min for two black coffees.9:30 am.Were the only ones in here (drive through probably busy?)No one telling us it'll be a minute...."Just ignoring us.Even if a fresh pot is being brewed

So what brings me here let me know that I am not the only person who had bad experience here. We were on our way to north passed by this one. When we travel we always trust MacDonald. So we stopped at this busy place. After in store pick-up, we backed to our car right away, didn’t think about checking the order if it was right. We were eating and keeping going, then found two hash browns missing. So we had to go back and told the girl who is calling the order number. She just told me to wait, she kept doing her things, didn’t make process about my issue. So I had to tell another girl looks like store manager, she checked in kitchen right away, seems nobody made any hash browns except the fries, then she asked me if I wanted some fries instead hash browns, I said no, then she said that I have to wait. I felt everything was fine so far, I agreed to wait. When the first girl brought me the hash browns, she seemed pretty angry and told me next time if I bring food out of store, don’t come back to get the missing pieces. I was surprised by her attitude and words, I just returned that we trusted MacDonald, and of course we will never come back here and there is not next time. This same thing happened before in other store, they just gave me the missing pieces, never said anything like this. Then I decided to come here and I get my answer why.

This franchise should be sold to people who can run it properly. Numerous times they “forgot” to put sugar in the coffees. Have sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes waiting for order while 4 staff “cleaned” the empty restaurant. Burgers are often cold.

always hot and fresh. however, has been taking longer and longer to get food. several times the drive-thru staff didn't how to apply my mobile coupon. had to call manager. most recent visit resulted in me waiting 10 minutes in an empty drive-thru line just for a medium coffee :/i'm pulling for this location, as it's the only one we have!

Just went through Drive Thru with my Grandson … I ordered a MacDouble with mustard pickle and Shredded Lettuce … when we got home it had NO Mustard NO pickle but it had the shredded lettuce … Grandson had McDouble Combo with Ice Coffee and extra McDouble with Ketchup and Lettuce … funny thing at the end the girl asked me to Tell her again what I wanted and I did … it seems every time I go to MacDonald’s which isn’t often … you get it wrong … very frustrating … I tried to call but after 10 rings no one picked up ….we were there around 4.30 today in Gravenhurst. I am not surprised your rating is only 3+

I had a coupon on the app that wouldn’t work on their end and the woman who was wouldn’t override it even though she could see the offer showed while she held my phone and it was valid today still. Pauline and Bob are always wonderful but not impressed with the other staff. Won’t be returning due to poor customer service for a few times now.
