On our way back to Coquitlam the transmission on our 2016 town & country van litterally packed it in right in front of Meb's shop. (Sunday afternoon, thanksgiving long weekend)Fortunately one of the mechanics was there working on his own car. He took the time to talk to me, told me where to park the van, where to leave the keys and how to get a hold of the shop owner. Very professional attitude. Tuesday morning I called the shop owner Meb who was on our vehicle right away... Thursday afternoon, after a full transmission rebuild, we're picking up the van and back on the road again.Napa Auto & Marine Ihighly recommend.The high quality customer care exceeded my expectations.Meb completely took care of all our extended warranty issues.If you live on the north shore you are fortunate to have this shop in your neighbourhood...if you don't, they are worth the drive.

Best auto repair service I've ever experienced! Brought my car in to change the brakes and everything was so easy and straightforward. Not intimidating like other auto places that just push you to do additional work. Can't recommend enough.

Brought my 2008 BMW X3 in for a service. Very professional and courteous. Meb was super helpful and up front about what needed to be done. He told me what the total cost was going to be, didn't try and oversell me on anything I didn't need and took time explaining what had been done. Looking forward to bringing it back next time I need a service. The VIP package is a great deal.

We had great service I called regarding my daughters car. Her check engine light was on and we live out of the country. The gentleman told me to have her bring it down and they would take a look at it. They got her right in and figured out the code and took care of it. I can’t thank them enough for helping her. Exceptional service from the phone call to taking care of her. Definitely will recommend and comeback if we ever need anything else.

TRUSTWORTHY AND ACCOMMODATING SERVICE WITH A SMILE.If you need a car guy in the city, or just looking for good company to take out for a drink, I can’t say enough about Meb!He and his crew were incredibly lovely to deal with when I need some short-notice maintenance work done on my car when passing through the city. As a young woman, I am always apprehensive when taking my car to someone other than my regular guy in Ontario- I have had my fair share of shops trying to make an extra couple of bucks off of a “girl who doesn’t know anything about cars” - but Meb was very straight forward about what my car “needed”/“didn’t need”/“could use soon” which made things so much easier. He got me in the same day, and finished under a tight timeline to catch my ferry! 5 star shop, 10 star service.

Had my car fixed in a garage over in Nakusp, cost me alot of money, 2 months later started having issue with it.Took it to these guys, they diagnosed all the issues, all caused by the previous garage, they got all the work redone and told me what had been done by the previous place wasn't correct, so all the work was covered on the warranty. Matt was awesome, communication was great, and I felt I could fully trust what I was being told. The work was done within a day of leaving the car with them.

This place offers super service. I started going there because it was close to my residence. Now that I have moved to the other side of North Shore, I still use their excellent services. Over the years, I have become convinced that finding a better place for repairs and servicing of our three vehicles is virtually impossible. If you are looking for honest, expert, reliable and cheerful service, this is place to go.

I booked my vehicle in for a wiring issue to my headlights. I do know from past experience when it comes to locating a wiring problem it can take anywhere from 5 min to 5 hrs. Basically, you are at the mercy of the technician’s skill set and experience.Too my pleasant surprise I was charged 1hr labor for the diagnosing and repair…A big thank you to the Team at Cap and Marine Service…

Top notch customer service, repairs done in a timely manner, and attention to detail. The owner of this shop, Dilsher Singh, is kind, caring, compassionate and so reassuring and accommodating; I cannot possibly say enough positive things about him. The shop is located at 1980 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC. We found ourselves under unique and stressful circumstances, never mind we were from out of town.Dil took care of everything and for that we will be forever grateful. I use them for checking out used cars I'm buying and they've saved me thousands in things I might have missed otherwise.
