Hair With Andrea

I come in regularly for babylights and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. My roots are so seamless and the colour came out exactly how I asked her to do it. Not only that, Andrea is so kind and checks up on me after every step before she goes onto the next and loves to engage in conversation. 10/10 experience

This girl works wonders on your hair! I’ve been hunting for a stylist who cares about hair for years, and after Andrea was recommended to me by a friend, I’ve been happy since! She will listen to your ideas and concerns, while providing great suggestions AND will not go crazy with the scissors like most stylists! Definitely won’t be going to anyone else for haircuts and styling!

My daughter and I went to Andrea for colour corrections. We were in desperate need of help. Andrea was so kind, empathetic to our past experiences and really listened to what we wanted. I saw hairwithandrea for a 3.5 hour balayage service May 9th that she rushed and took just over 2 hours to complete everything including a cut.When I got home, I noticed the back of my hair was barely touched and was my original dark hair color all around with tiny pieces of blonde" that is now yellow... Definitely not a $300 job. I approached her with the utmost respect and and told her my issues. She told me that she had me book the wrong service.I tried to avoid having her do any additional work on my hair and waited until I washed my hair with a purple shampoo before requesting for her to fix the issue and providing the service that I initially requested but didn't get. I messaged her thereafter and told her that I was still not happy with the color due to her having me book the wrong service. She responded by telling me her next availability was for June 28th at 4pm and that she could correct everything then... 7 weeks from now! I told her it wasn't a reasonable time and that my hair would have started to grow out within the 7 weeks of waiting time so I politely requested something sooner  to which she started to get really passive aggressive with me. She said "It seems a bit dramatic that you've had these dark roots for so long and can't wait a few weeks to add literally 4 foils. Your hair will have grown out .75 of an inch so it really won't make a difference. It sounds like you are asking me to add more hours into my day" word for word verbiage and did not even attempt to accommodate the least bit earlier. We continued to argue back and forth and I said "you got your money

If I can give no stars I would. I went to hair with andrea to get balayage done and it was a terrible experience. I showed her multiple pictures and what I got out of it was just horrible. It was not at all close to what I asked for. I got orange streaks instead of blonde and it wasn’t even balayage more like one colour. As well she was very passive aggressive and not a very nice person to be around. I would suggest not going to her at all.
