Cool place, the guy who I took my order from, 6ft Indian guy was very nice. I had some trouble reading the board and he helped me. Though I ordered a combo I didn't get the drink but it is what it is

Some of the nice staff has left and the night shift closing staff needs more training.I am a regular for almost 2 years. I ordered Tea and next time if you are out of hot water which I can't believe at all. Please don't accept the order and I can leave to instead of making we wait 20mins and say not available do you want something else.Update: The Friday closing staff is nice.

Took the time to eat in today. Very good service. They actually look like they take pride in the food they serve, unlike some other locations we go to. Very clean store. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Ordered a Papa Burger it didn't have onions on it? Proceeding customer didn't get extra mayonnaise and said they removed the mayonnaise. I also saw her pick something off the burger before she handed it to me?

3/3 messed up orders!pretty sad when there are no customers inside the store and only one other vehicle in the drive through and they completely mess up all three orders! i am very specific with my order as i am allergic/do not like certain items. my burger was completely wrong and had to be taken back. my girlfriends burgers was also incorrect but was able to take items off. when i checked my daughters kids meals it did not have the requested apple slices and wrong dipping sauce. he fires were barely existent and tasted a week old. it was not a good experience and food was just ok""

Friendly staff. Burgers and fries used to be served hot and tasted freshly cooked. This last year, food is lukewarm. Tastes pre-cooked and reheated. Disappointing !

Fast, effective, and one of the only places open late in a post-pandemic world that I’d eat at nearly midnight. And one of the nicest drive thru servers for so late at night to boot. Good job team!

This A&W is everything you would expect from a fast food joint. Burger was ok. Fries were ok. The root beer is the absolute best in my opinion. I went through the drive thru and the staff were very friendly. Nice folks and I would eat here again

We've only passed through the Fergus location a few times but overall it has been clean and staffed by some knowledgeable people.In addition to the cohesive team at this location and quick order fulfillment we appreciate the touch screen order kiosk for express service and the availability of accessible tables. This location has afforded us a good impression of A&W, and we've even tweeted about how impressed we were on our last visit.We also really appreciate and applaud the availability of more plant based items on the menu and the ability to substitute lettuce wraps for buns.
