Sacwal flooring Lambeth has been a nightmare.We had a new home built , moved in Oct 2021, their installation guy was Christian . This guy was brutal for all initial tile installations at our home.Almost Everything this person had installed Sacwall had to have another contractor repair. sacwal has had to fix our hardwood repeatedly , they have had to repair our shower floors in two bedrooms twice now, our fireplace is a complete horror show which had to be demolished and rebuilt , they have tried bandaid fixes but ultimately the fireplace wall needs to be removed again.The original tile guy used our brand new stainless sink to wash his grout tools and buckets , scratched our sink so bad the builder had to replace it.I can honestly say Sacwal doing their best to fix all our issues they are on my list for recommendations to purchase any product or to use for installation. They have been such a nightmare for us.

Everything was nice right until the point that I paid the money. After that the best started to come out..First, the order was available for pickup 1.5 weeks later than scheduled, right before the weekend when my contractor was supposed to come and install it.Second, 1 box was damaged. The store said that now they need to reorder the box and the earliest it would be ready is after the weekend, on Monday.Since the contractors these day are booked couple of months ahead I could not reschedule the installation. I picked up whatever I could and when the contractor came he said that he will finish earlier and he cannot wait until Monday. Thus, I had to look somewhere else for this 1 extra box and drive all the way to Mississauga to pick it up.On Monday I called Sacwal, and requested to get a refund on this damaged box since I got it somewhere else but the store manager refused to provide it. Somehow they made it my fault.To sum up, you can get a good price and very nicely talking folks but keep in mind that once you order you are making a bet and if there are problems it will be your loss.Note to the manager: Enjoy your $65, I will take my business somewhere else. In this case you lost another upcoming order of 400sqft of floor tiles and 150sqft of backsplash. I hope that this review will turn around at least one more client...

Great showroom. Staff are usually helpful. Prices are a bit more than other places nearby.

She is very knowledgable about each product and helpful in what works well together. We have now moved in and love the hardwood, tile, carpet and gym floor that we received. Sacwal replaced the carpet on the second floor of my house. They were timely, accommodating and worked extremely hard. As everyone knows that is not common with contractors. I am very pleased with the results.

Lots of selection and their service is great, Taylor and Alex are amazing and have been so patient with us and our many samples we brought back and forth to get the perfect flooring to fit our house. Definitely will return for our many other projects.

We had a great experience with the people in the store when purchasing our flooring, however there were issues with the carpet once it was installed, Mike our sales man was a pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond to get the issue sorted out for us. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Paul, the installer is very professional and did an amazing job.We will definitely be going back to Sacwal for any future flooring needs.
