Such an amazing store, if you're any form of gamer. check this out, it has niche - cheap little figures from all sorts of PC games and the likes, FPS game knick knacks, thousands of cheap good quality comics, custom ordered comics, whatever you want at good prices and an extremely friendly and sweet staff.10/10

Awesome and friendly place! Absolutely the best comic book shop in St. John's. I was looking for a couple of books recently, and they accomodated me just fine! I will definitely pay another visit soon!

I walked into the store at 7pm on a Mondays. I just got in the store when I heard a girl asking me what I wanted in a very rude voice. I informed here I was looking for a book or graphic novel. She then told me I had to leave because she had a book club going on, I looked around behind here and seen a few other people ( all teenagers to very early 20 ) sitting in a circle. I told her that the door way open and that the time on the door said they where open. I informed her again I was looking to buy some books to buy so she showed me where the books where and asked me to hurry up and find something I told her I had to take my time to look she kept rushing me and rushing me saying that the store was closed because of her book club. The store was not closed and if it was she should have locked the door she was very rude and dismissive of me I hope that the owner sees us and speaks to in his employee. She wanted to use the store as a hangout for her friends and would not let a customer take their time to find items they were going to purchase.

downtown comics is a little haven of books on the east end of Duckworth.they've got all your fave comics, manga, graphic novels, board games and have even expanded into some anarchist, anti-racist, feminist books as well as local NL authors. 5 stars!

They almost have everything you would want....

Amazing little shop. I've been going here for years and have gotten some really great collectible items that I figured ''no way is this in Newfoundland'' but sure enough, there it is. My only gripe is not enough Horror stuff! hahaha!
