Great experience at the cook st location. I really appreciated the patience with my indecisiveness. It was my first visit but I’ll definitely go back. I had a level one stylist and she was awesome, not only kind and caring but even adapted to my last minute decision to cut it all off into a bob. Amazing cut and style it turned out to be the cut I didn’t know I wanted! Also it’s a dog friendly salon which made everything even better!

Louisa is amazing!! I went in to the salon for the first time with hair I had been cutting on my own....uneven and a challenge for any stylist for sure! Louisa made what I had started with into a masterpiece, and went above and beyond my expectations. The whole experience was very comfortable and welcoming. I also received the most wonderful head massage from Louisa as she washing my hair. Thanks so much, I'll be back for sure!

Brooklyn was my stylish and as a first time client she did an amazing job! Haven’t had my hair done in 4 years (colour wise) and she did exactly what I was looking for based just off of what I told her. Great spot! Super clean, chill vibes! 100% recommend and will be back :)

I have been seeing Heidi and Graciela for 2 years now, and in that time they have overhauled my hair. I have naturally very fine, long, multi-textured blonde hair and many stylists have ruined/overprocessed it in the past. Since finding Heidi and Grace at The Natural, the health of my hair has been transformed. I see them every 10-12 weeks for colour touch-ups, and they take their time to ensure there is no overlap with highlights (which could result in breakage). They are both blend/balayage masters and absolute experts at their craft. Grace began offering me Cezanne keratin hair treatments about 6 months ago, and since then, my textured hair has been so smooth and manageable. Aside from their skill and experience, Grace and Heidi are a pleasure to be around, chat with, etc. The vibe is always positive, happy, and friendly - I have gotten to know Phil and some of the other stylists as well… no one passes by without saying hello, making sure I am comfortable etc. Oh, I should mention one more thing - when I had surgery on my hand and was unable to wash/style my hair on my own, Heidi pre-booked washes and blowouts for me for the first several weeks to help me out and allow my hand to heal. I always feel very cared for by Heidi and Graciela. I will continue to send people their way.

When looking for a bridal hairstylist, it was important to me to find someone who knew how to work with curly hair, and Sarah did a wonderful job. She was easy to work with and put me at ease during the trial and on my wedding day. I got so many compliments on the style, and my hair stayed in place all day and night. I would recommend her wholeheartedly for bridal hair!

I would like to share my experience with your salon. I went there with my mom for the first time. The person who did the haircut for my mom was Naomi; I showed her a pixie style that my mom had done before, and she did this! It was the worst experience I ever had. I don't want to discuss her behavior, which was not friendly at all, as it should be; it s about her bad haircut. She didn't even cut properly or check, neaten, or shave! Before I went to this salon, I read many good comments, and I was wondering how this person could work at this salon with no experience!I'm not a strict person, but if you look at the pictures that I have enclosed, you can see how much she did terrible work!I took these pictures right after we reached home.I'm not satisfied at all, and I decided to put this in the reviews that all new customers attention to it.

I am thrilled with the styling experience I received from Louisa. Louisa was warm, friendly, talented, and generous with her knowledge when I asked a question about curling iron technique. I received many compliments on my hair at the event I attended after my hair was blown out and heat styled. The style is now on day three and going strong – a gift that keeps on giving! I recommend Louisa’s hair services as well as The Natural Salon as a whole, as I really enjoyed my time there, and will look forward to going back in future.

I can’t say enough about this cute salon. Got the best hair cut and style EVER by Lauren, who was such a joy to be with. On another occasion, a few weeks ago, I had booked 3 appointments at the same time for my daughter’s grad. Unfortunately someone was sick the morning of. But you know what they did? They reached out first thing in the morning, and asked if one of us would be willing to go to their other location- FREE OF CHARGE!! I went by taxi, and Aerin did my hair beautifully- like absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!

Best cut I’ve had in many years. Erin was wonderful, attentive and very personable plus gave me an amazing shampoo and scalp massage.Everyone in the salon was friendly and helpful. A very positive, refreshing experience. Thank you!
