We hired ICYReno to underpin our basement, which included excavating under an addition, and installing a new beam to replace a load bearing block wall. I recently hired ICYReno for my Etobicoke bungalow to do my basement waterproofing, new drainage and sump pump back flow valve, they completed the job in a timely manner and clean. I would highly recommend them.

Just poor service. Cares more about getting your deposits and payment rather than giving proper updates. At the outset I informed the company that this was a legal walkout basement unit and later on we find out windows well not included... this is surprising when during the entire work, I kept reminding about the windows.. anyways, I've agreed to pay for the window because the project was already very delayed. He said he will arrange for a guy to come in to order windows. Didn't happen. I had to follow up and turns out he was done and left the property without the windows ordered. by the time we ordered the window, suppliers wont accept anymore orders for the year. A bunch of other things too that just add up to poor service and lack of ownership. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
