If you need exotic woods it sucks they are the only place to go to, they treat employees awfully and have some of the highest jacked up prices for normal things compared to other hardware stores in town. The atmosphere is also very judgemental and feels like you are constantly being watched as a customer

Couldn't get my doors right, new lady is very passive aggressive and comes off as very rude to the other staff. It's also very clear they don't treat their yard guys the best. Sad that they're turning into the FSJ plywood

Exceptional service and the store is spotless! A great place to go for moulding, lumber, plywood, tools, paneling, stain, flooring, exotic woods, live edge slabs, epoxy/resin and so much more. Highly recommended!
