The small business where I work moved to a new location, and we therefore needed new business cards and address labels for all staff.TPH was a great choice! They worked with me to ensure good colour match on different media, and their physical proofs/prototypes were very helpful in finalizing our designs. They offered lots of flexibility in terms of size/format, and I'm quite pleased with the results. (And, FWIW, pricing was quite competitive with online print companies who won't even give you a digital proof that takes bleed/trim into account...)Staff was also really helpful and responsive. I'd have no hesitation about working with them again.

I submit a lot of different stuff here, and often get unreasonably fast turn around times and have never had a quality issue. TPH has done sliding covers for boxes, catalogs, laminated labels used as product face-plates with intricate cut-outs, and table display pop-ups for me. Would highly recommend - while they don't have fancy online quoting for every possible job like some larger online places, the prices are very reasonable and turn-around is much faster. Once you switch one job to TPH you'll probably realize how much easier it is like I did!

AMAZING SERVICE!This past week we had a huge program come to Halifax and needed tons of print items from letters, lanyards, laminated signs, foam core signs big and small printed and delivered in record time. Even with hurricane Dorian wrecking havoc, this printshop not only delivered but delivered on time and with class. Everyone I encountered at this office was professional and accommodating. Our company do events all over the world from Super Bowl to World Cup... and I would put this TPH at the top of their field. We have worked with TPH on Barrington Street for many years now and they have been fantastic in helping us on fast turn-arounds on menu production. The staff is friendly and helpful, and of course, the print quality is top notch. Would recommend them to anyone downtown for printing services.

I came here a few weeks ago to get business cards made , the guy at the front desk honestly made me feel like an idiot. I’ve never seen anyone be so pretentious about printing business cards. I personally don’t know anything about bleed lines or what formatting the file had to be in and oh man did he let me know alright. Being friendly / nice to potential customers would probably be super good for business. Also completed my form, said he would email me/ reach out. Never did. Went on vista print and ordered them online. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Tried to support local

The Printing House in Halifax and their team are seriously second to none! For a recent order, they truly went above and beyond. At the 11th hour, they turned a bunch of ugly, undesigned content into beautiful print pieces that could be showcased proudly. They gave expert advice on design, formatting, materials, and more. And in doing so, turned my panic into pure excitement! Knowing that I have them in my corner for future needs is a sigh of relief, and I would recommend them time and time again!

I had difficulty with ordering my cards on the website, so I called the shop and was guided through placing my order. From my initial contact I only waited two days for my cards and they are absolutely beautiful! I will order from TPH again!

Late printing, extremely unprofessional experience.Our marketing team needed hundreds of pages of documents to be printed for a conference. Initially, the documents were supposed to be picked up ahead of time on Friday, however our coworker coordinated a day-of pick up with the branch on Monday morning.When she arrived, she was told that our documents had already been picked up. After about an hour of calling multiple contacts and wading through the confusion and disorganization we finally found out that our documents had not in fact been picked up but were still being printed. Not sure why our printing was so delayed considering that the documents were supposed to be ready on Friday.I would not recommend this company if you require timely service. We got our documents 4 hours later, midway through the first day of a two day conference.
