Honestly the best carpet cleaning company I have ever been with! I have been with many different carpet cleaning companies but Good Shepherd is the one! Gerry (owner) was incredibly friendly and he made sure to answer every question i had! I also have 3 dogs and 2 cats. The stain that other carpet cleaners could not remove, was removed! Definitely recommend these guys and I will DEFINITELY call them again!

I had my carpets cleaned in my home, service was excellent, they were on time and reasonably priced. The gentleman was super friendly and the quality of work was perfect. Would definitely use them again and/or refer them to any of my friends or family.

Is the detail to attention that makes this team great. Took the time to cover all the area where the hose go over so not to damage my flooring. Make sure all the corner are protected from the hose. Took the time to brush out the small stain spot. The best thing is the pricing, there pricing is the best compare to other carpet cleaner. I will be using them again for my other houses.

Gerry and Ave did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! They had corner protectors to ensure no damage was done to our walls, from the hoses that were being moved around. They also covered our front entrance way with blankets for their equipment and left their shoes outside. They used separate indoor shoes and booties during the clean. Very respectful of your home and very humble people. We will definitely be using their services again in the future and have already recommended their business to friends and family. Job well done!

It was a pleasure to hire this business! They are very polite and take pride in their work. We received many pictures and videos as we were not able to be there in person. The attention to detail was fantastic. They even placed material down under their tubes etc. as not to scratch our hardwood floors. No hidden fees. We will hire them again :)
