Rob did an amazing job refurbishing my old Birkenstocks. Great service and great craftsmanship. He used authentic Birkenstocks products. They look brand new!

From the moment you step through the door you’ll be note just how friendly and welcoming Rob is. He takes the time to listen, understand your needs and quote you a reasonable price ($50 for a new sole or $70-100 for a new heel + sole). I had over 5 pairs of shoes done with him and I was very satisfied. When there were a few touch ups I wanted corrected, he fixed them right their on the spot. Great service, good variety of products and convenient service whereby Rob texts you when the work is done, makes this spot a winner!

Wish I had a before pic. I stripped the leather off the heels and never thought i’d get to wear them again- now, you’d never know. Rob saved them for me and i’m so grateful. I recommend him to everyone I know. 10/10

It is so nice to have a store like this, good service and reasonable price. I dread over a pair of shoes that came in with one stone decoration fell apart. I can not find a place that can fix it until I saw Rob's place. He fixed it nice and neat and price is so reasonable. Will bring more stuff to let Rob fix, this is kind of local business we should support so they can be around for a long time.

I mistakenly wore my very expensive pair of To Boot shoes in the snow and they were d managed by salt. I brought them to Rob and after being badly damaged by salt, he brought them back ti like and were 100% saved. Thank you Rob!! Best shoe spot in the city - amazing experience!!

Amazing customer service and quality of workmanship. After wearing my new Gucci Princetown's for only 2 days the leather on the bottoms were so hacked and worn looking they looked like they already had 5 yrs of wear. I found Robs shop online as it was only a 5 min walk from my work. Rob added a sturdy sole. The quality of workmanship is impeccable. Rob's Best Foot Forward did an incredible job on two of my black leather high heeled boots! The heels were really worn down and the boots had big scratches along the sides, but they looked brand new when I got them back. I was really impressed! Plus the price was very reasonable - much less than it would have cost for me to replace my boots. I would whole-heartedly recommend this shoe repair store to anyone.
