I like it here. It has much more of a variety than some of the other stores and the prices are better also.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought 2 similar items yesterday because I wasn't sure how strong either item was. One the items worked well one didn't. I called just to notify them that 1 was all dried up and nothing was coming out, thinking the two girls at the front would recognize what I was talking about cause they helped me choose. Only to hear the rude side remark of the girl who answered the phone before she placed me on mute. She came back and said the item was final sale (btw not mentioned at purchase) anyway it was 2$ wasn't going to drive back for that, I only called to make them aware of the issue. Sad to say that was my last purchase at this store.

I have been going to this place most of the time. But recently experienced very bad custmor service. Chinese lady she do not know how to talk no manners at all.She should learn some manners to run the business.

I went to this location today with my family and we were followed and video by a Chinese lady. Not all black people steal!!!, you have good ones who actually pay for their products. We are the ones who keep these Chinese national businesses alive but this is how we get treated. We went in for hair products, then we decided to go test some make up, this Chinese lady came from no where and backed us in the section. She then call 2 other staff to come help us even though we didn't ask for help. She then stand in the aisle, pull out her phone and video us. Like why, sometimes when you dress down, you are treated wrongfully. Racially profiling isn't someone doing their job! It's them discriminating, belittling, and downright prejudice! I bet you thought we weren't gonna pay for our products BUT WE DID.!!

Nice store. Huge collection on hair products.Staff is very helpful, you will see them laughing and giving you positive vibes.Good collection of earrings as well.

Amazing customer service in the wig department, despite my bubbly outgoing personality there was one staff member that was quick and able to help. She was open minded and I feel great upon purchasing my wig unit. She definitely needs a raise !
