My experience with Faistone's representative was one worth every compliment to follow. John at Winnipegs McPhillips location was a true master of customer service. I was comfortable, felt welcomed, and he was most importantly organized with my application. Answered all of my questions and even made sure I understood some smaller benefits of being a Fairstone customer. Thank you John for the overwhelmingly positive experience - I would and will 100% refer future clients to John at Fairstones McPhillips location.

Best customer service, wonderful staff, helped me with my financial troubles but made sure, I got a load that I needed and help pay my debts. I feel like family there. Thank you Chidera and Rene. Look forward to working with you again... but under better circumstance of course

Transaction and application was done within an hour. Nice to have a staff who is very positive and explains every bit of the step in a very clear way. I have been struggling to make payments on time due to money issues and had a very humiliating conversation with the advisor I was dealing with. I explained myself to her and she asked what happened, then proceeded to ask why my call was directed to her. I figured since she was the one I was dealing with it would only make sense to come to her. Instead I was ridiculed because I couldn’t make a “small payment” and urged that I make a payment as soon as possible. I get it, I KNOW I am behind. I’m upset and frustrated that she approached the way she did. It was insensitive and regret going through with this loan if that’s how clients are being treated.

Excellent customer service! Parth and Karen have been so respectful with our decisions, always asking us what we want and how we want to go about our application and transactions without any force. Everyone else is also willing to help even though we’re not their main clients. Great team! Thank you guys!

Very friendly and supportive, took a bit of time but thats normal for everything they’ve done for me. Krupa helped me out a lot and was very kind throughout the whole process!
