Such friendly and happy staff and great selection

Love this place came here as a kid in 80s-90s. When ever I come for a visit always stop in great local corner store.

This is our go-to for a beautiful bouquet or houseplants. The bouquets are fresh, last forever and smell absolutely amazing! We always recommend Don's for special occassion flowers. Will definitely be back!

Angel did an amazing job on a flower crown I ordered last minute! I highly recommend getting any flowers you need from her :-)

Shortages in your supermarket? Family-owned and local, Don's always has everything I need in stock. Friendly service.

I found it strange that I was much more polite and engaging than the guy working there ! He seemed much more interested in watching something on TV than even saying hello or thank you to me! Customer appreciation…?

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick stop to pick up coffee cream but bought a variety of treats and extras. My new go-to pop in type store for the basics.

Ignore the rude and ignorant comment from “Graceless” there. I think Don’s is a great store to have in the hood and was fantastic during the worst of the pandemic. Their insistence on sanitizer made me feel comfortable shopping there when I was freaked out by the bigger stores. Maybe Graceless should stick to Thrifty’s. Don’s does a good job of having a lot of little things to tide you over if you don’t feel like visiting bigger shops. And my aloe Vera I bought there is a menace! Huuuuuge now.

Getting a bit too pushy about the hand sanitizer. If you're that worried, you should just close up until 'covid' is 'over with'. Especially considering your store itself isn't very clean and the one time I purchased meat there it had already turned and wasn't even close to due date. Clearly you don't even store things properly so it's not your customers you are concerned about, is it? It's too bad because you used to be very nice people

Dons Floral recently, on June 19, did the most beautiful amazing floral arrangement for our mother’s special birthday. We were coming to Victoria and had arranged with Terry the owner to have the bouquet delivered to her room? I tried to describe what her favorite flowers were and then just said “make it look like Butchart Garden”. Terry said his wife would make it beautiful and when I said she loves peonies he said my wife just ordered them yesterday. We will make sure there are white and pink and burgundy. We will make it beautiful. WELL........when we walked into the room we were speechless, it was truly a flower garden in a vase. It had hydrangeas, peonies, lilies , roses, and many more, an amazing array of color and beauty. We couldn’t wait to look at it every morning and every time we came back to our room. It was still so beautiful on day 5 that we went to the store and Terry wrapped it so we could bring it home on the plane.It was truly the most extravagant bouquet of flowers you could imagine.Thank you from Peggy, Traci , and our mother Diane
