I truly think Dr. Davis is an awesome doctor. He really listens to your concerns and doesn't rush your appointment time. He answers all your questions accurately and refers you to the right doctor accordingly. His office staff could be a little more patient.

Please go to this clinic only at your detriment. I was appalled at how I was treated here. Juliana at the reception has zero customer/patient service skills and is extremely rude. Dr. Davies? I have no words to explain his attitude. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time going to this clinic. It’s really a shame. If you want to feel seen or heard, please don’t go to this clinic. If I could give zero stars, I would. Everyone is deserving of better medical professionals than what this clinic apparently has to offer.

My family had been with this practice for the past 2+ years. Our medical concerns have been addressed, and the staff and Dr Davies are friendly and knowledgeable. We have a nice mix of phone and in person depending on the issue, which works for us. I have never had an issue with the office staff, the phone is answered and appointments are made and kept on time.

In follow up to my ear infection incidence Dr. Davies contacted me and apologized for his office handling of my infection and pain. Miscommunication was a majour issue and it is kind of like the telephone game we use to play as kids when one whispers in your ear a message and after it goes down the line the message gets very garbled and changed. Dr Davies called and apologized for how I was misunderstood in how serious my infection was. He always has open appointments for same day emergencies but I was 4 hours away at my cottage which was not conveyed and I fell through the cracks as do many in the very busy practices of health care. He has called to follow up on my better health and greatly apologetic. I knew this was not the normal doctor Davies I had always known as a very compassionate man. I thank him for his concern and plan to return for my regular follow up appointments. Mistakes happen and Dr. Davies has proven that he is humble enough to admitting his failures and has renewed my faith and trust to be the best doctor he can. If you look at his credentials he is very well educated and knowledgeable so do not let this one complaint define the man he is- compassionate, humble and intellectually astute to know how to respond when things go wrong. He is still No. 1 in my books

I was referred to the clinic of Dr. Anthony Davies to be our family doctor, but a few days before the appointment we received a notice that it would no longer be him but another doctor Dr. Megan Smith, who was very attentive, attended to us a few times, but after returning to the clinic to present the exams that had been requested, I had a surprise to Dr. Megan was no longer part of the Medical Clinic of Dr. Davies. And immediately I asked the receptionist there were two, because they didn't tell us that we no longer had a family doctor and the answer was short and rude yes she returned to Australia, I asked if they would have another family doctor for us and the answer was don't look for another doctor somewhere else . That simpleAnd now I don't know how to proceed because Dr. Megan had passed a Heart exam due to high blood pressure and chest pains. In short, there is a lack of professionalism and respect for the patients of this Clinic.

Dr. Davies is an amazing and caring physician who takes an excellent care of his patients. My family and I are very lucky to have him as our doctor.

I arrived at my scheduled 4:30 appointment on Wednesday July 20th to find no one at reception to greet me or take my name. If you are going to schedule appointments there should be someone there to greet patients.I find the administration of this office very poor. Why are there no reminder phone calls the day before? My appointment was rescheduled twice (bad enough) and when I arrived, I was told by Dr. Davies (after a 20 minute wait) that I was not on his appointment schedule. He looked and informed me that I had missed an appointment for the previous day. This is clearly an error on the administration side as I was very careful to write down the date and time of my rescheduled appointment.Dr Davies saw me regardless and I was happy with the care I did receive.Jeff Ford

I am upset that the doctor had no clue why we were meeting. I had something horrible happen to me on June 13. The nurse practitioner told me that she will get the doctor to call the hospital to get me in faster and I waited 5 hours for them to tell me my horrible news but the nurse practitioner knew and could of told me over the phone so I didn’t worry or have to wait 5 hours in emergency at grand river. Doctor smith ( who is not my doctor) called me to say how sorry she was and if I needed anything to call her! Nothing from Davies for 2 months. And when I called to make an appointment the nurse practitioner didn’t say anything to me beside he will call you. She could see my records and she still had nothing to say. I am very upset with my experience coming into the office and the nurse practitioner is racing her voice at someone in front of me and she stops and is rude to me bc I am waiting their to sine in. If you can’t keep a calm and inviting environment why do you think so many people are yelling or racing their voices back at you! I wish I could use doctor smith she is very calm and cares for her patience.

If I could leave less stars I would. My senior mother had an appointment this afternoon at 2 PM and when we got there the receptionist said “didn’t you receive my message I left two messages for you. “That was a flat-out lie -my mother received no messages whatsoever. On top of that when she tried to call the number back-no answer. The receptionist was adamant she left messages and was there all day answering the phone all day -but this was a lie too. if she did we would not have gone there. We only realized when we got there that he had suddenly canceled the long-booked appointment because of a team meeting" and we saw the doctor sitting in an office at the same time. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone and have already de-enrolled. My mother who had two doctors in over 50 years in Canada is now doctorless and crying at such unprofessional behaviour.Sidenote: a similar thing happened to me in winter 2022. Showed up and office was closed. I received no call or email and de-enrolle as well. Not sure if he actually cares more about OHIp billing or patients."

Reception Staff are changed a lot.I have a low income ; it took me over two years to get this doctor.I was incarcerated and missed an appointment and can’t afford the payment ; and his wife ( one of the receptionists) says they can’t book my appointment until I pay it, and also if I don’t pay it they are sending a letter stating to look for a new doctor.“They are a business they want to make money she says”Every time you go see your Doctor they get about 400$ from OHIP just because that’s how it works.This missed appointment was over a year ago.Nothing bad to say about the Doctor himself but this kind of service is above and beyond unprofessional.-edit--thanks your your very sincere reply however after you read this review the following phone appointment you mentioned that because of this review which had nothing bad to say about you as a Doctor and your professionalism you told me that “You do not trust me” which I said no your putting words into my mouth and that’s not the case at all.So instead of trying to repair the relationship which should have been the first approach, and actually listening to your patient and what they were telling you - you went ahead and removed me as a patient instead - there we some obvious language barriers during this conversation we had. now my mental health is suffering worst because of your choice.You said you were going to refer me to a new psychiatrist before you we no longer my doctor and I’ve called your office five times asking about this and noones gotten back to me.It’s funny how when I changed my name you changed your attitude about this completely…
