Competitive pricing for our mercedes and great quality/fast installation work. Would repeat work with these glass installers. They are also very clean which I love : ) Nothing like a nice shine on a new windshield.

I needed a foggy window fixed. The estimate and repair were done in my home. Fast service, neat and clean repair, reasonable price. Tech called first and arrived on time. Way easier than replacing the whole window or trying to fix myself. I'll definitely use Glass Doctor again.

Great service combined with fast turn-around time! I will definitely use the Glass Doctor of Newmarket again to have my windows changed. Recommended to anyone who is looking for trained, knowledgeable staff that care about their work. Also, the 25 year warranty is a great add-on.

The glass doctor technicians Paul, and Tyler just left my house. They worked hard, fast, and efficiently, and were friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming as can be. All I can say is that every step of the way, be it Customer service, scheduling, or installation, I have been ultimately impressed right across the board. Huge cheers to Phil, Chad, and marcie on the customer service/dispatch side of things. All in all WELL worth the VERY reasonable price point (especially regarding 120 yr old window frames which were replaced fully intact). They will be hearing from me again soon when I replace ALL of my windows.

Chad Puddifant was absolutely wonderful! We had a broken door lock but was totally inaccessible, but he managed to get it open.He was helpful, and stuck with it til he figured it out. Was really open and straight about where the problem was and next steps.Really great experience. Highly recommend.

I had my windshield changed and the team at the Glass Doctor did an amazing job. I thought it would take 3 hours and I was out in under 2 hours.While I was waiting I toured their show room!!! I have a bathroom I am renovating and I saw some complete showers with beautiful glass enclosures!!! I want exactly what they showed. I hope they don't mind me copying. Thanks for the great service and experience.

Its been over 1 month waiting for a service person to make an appointment to come and assess my window problems. I spoke with a person by the name of Pierce and seemed he didnt know what he was talking about. First conversation I was told there will be $150 service fee. The second phone call I was told that i can pay the $150 service fee over the phone, or pay service person upon arrival. Very dissappointing and misleading. Im actually being generous with the one star that I gave.
