Les Social Pups - Toilettage (Griffintown)

My puppy was always very anxious outdoors with all the traffic and construction in Griffintown. He also had a hard time controlling his excitement around other dogs. Ever since I started bringing him once a week to the day camp, I’ve noticed a huge difference in his behaviour around other dogs. He is also a lot more responsive and obedient at home. On top of all that, he enjoys going a lot so it’s a win-win! 100% recommend for all dog owners in the area.

Beware of the training packages!!!! They take your money and never offer the service!! They have tons of unwritten clauses that they bring up after!!!After a few months of getting my first puppy, I brought him to the Social Pups for a consultation for training. The consultation lasted 30 min and then paid for a package for various future PRIVATE training sessions. Since the trainer told us that our puppy was way too young to start walk training we waited three months and reached out to Social Pups by email ( as recommended by them) to schedule a training. They never responded and I had to reach out a couple of times.... still no answer. They do not have a phone number and impossible to reach directly. I then went to Instagram and messaged them there and finally got a response. They finally responded saying that we waited too long and that we only had 6 weeks to complete the training package. This was never communicated to us from the start.After tons of back and forth on DMs - they did not want to give us a phone number to have a conversation - they finally say that they will refund us for part of the package in mid-December.Come along mid-december, no refund... after me reaching out again in January, they messaged me saying they will not refund since they claim that they had a bad season" and that the only thing they can do is offer me a spot in a group class in the future.... something I clearly do not want and DID NOT pay for.They finally told me that I could do whatever I want on my end

We’ve been going to social pups since august 2021 after a not so great experience at another dog daycare. When Chloe and the ladies welcomed Brontë to the pack , Brontë was not even 6 months old and we were given a very clear and structured protocol program for how to reach our goals of being solo at home, basic obedience and bonding exercises. Sure as someone who has worked with horses in the past I had a little leg up.But over our time in daycare we’ve gone from needing full days 5 days a week to 1-2 a week , which was our goal. Not to need daycare everyday !Chloe and the team has always been upfront and clear about Brontë’s progress, both the good and bad days.It was clear from the beginning that the way Chloe works is that if you the human are not invested in the work, she can only take you so far.Brontë is nearly 2 years old now and I’m not sure how we would have survived our first year without the support of these ladies .The ladies at SP are all about fostering a community of dog guardians…which is so much more than being a dog owner.If you’re fortunate enough to get a spot with this daycare …you won’t regret it!

My first experience with a puppy and I pick a high energy diva! I could not have done it without MTL Social Pups. Chloe helped me learn how to communicate with and train my pup. Over the pandemic she was getting bored and started acting out so I decided to send her to the day-camp once per week. Best decision I've ever made for her. She is awkward af but gets to socialize and play. Keeping her in a good place with having other dogs around and burning her energy! I trust the girls there with her. They are so caring and attentive and make sure that all the pups are safe and taken care of!! 10/10 I recommend them to everyone! Grooming is great! Day-camp is great! Training is great! I'll be joining weekend training walks soon I hope!

Went there for my dog's nail trim. I had a great professional service. The employees seemed to really care about the dogs.

Les social pups is run by the best of the best! My dog didn't only get trained by Chloe, but she fostered him as well. Without her, he wouldn't have ever been fit for our home. They are the only people I trust with my dog, and I know if he is there, I can relax cause he is going to get the BEST treatment always, and have the best time! They are honest, reliable and genuinely love what they do. Your pup will also come home with some better manners lol, as well as a lot less energy! There is no better as far as we are concerned! Thank you for all that you do!!!!

The reviews don’t lie; this is a wonderful place for your pup!First off, the whole staff is super nice and always sooo accommodating on every level (drop off, pick up, etc.). They always make you feel welcome. You can clearly see how much they love what they do and it’s reflected in the way they handle the dogs: with gentleness and respect. My pup loves this place so much that he runs into the daycare each morning without looking back!I deal with Chloe the most and I can’t say enough good things about her. Super nice and easy to talk to and if you ever have any concerns or need any tips, she’s always willing to help. Her love and bond with each and every one of the pups is wonderful to see.Social Pups helped me out quickly and tremendously when I was in dire need of daycare services and I am so happy that I chose this place. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We were recommended Social Pups through a friend and couldn't be happier! Our pup has a blast at day camp and is improving SO MUCH with his leash walking (He's a power puller). We love sending him there knowing he's in good hands while we get a day to focus on our work without worrying about having to entertain our energetic pup! Also love the instagram story updates throughout the day to see how he's progressing.
