Let's maybe just open the store up for business already. This is getting redicilous. If I'm going to order it online, just to have to wait half the day away and drive out to get it I may as well just call it a day, order it on Amazon and have them bring it on over the next day. I'd love to support your business, benefit from your expertise and have human interaction instead of feeding some giant corporate entity but you don't seem interested in that. The rest of the world is alive and well, maybe it's time to include yourselves in the real world again and get over it because I'm personally in the process of forgetting you even exist.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Always love shopping here, other businesses take note- Lee Valley knows how its done. Tom (manager) and his staff went above and beyond helping me obtain a backordered item. Customer for life.

I have been shopping at Lee Valley for more than 15 years because they research their products well, so you only get the best, and because they have excellent customer service. I bought an outdoor rotary clothesline 3 years ago from them but some of the plastic components broke so that it will no longer open. This was a 270$ clothesline so I would expect it to last longer than three years. I took it back to the store today (different store than I purchased it from). Peter at the front desk said that it was only under warranty for 90 days but he would speak to the manager. He came back and said that he would replace it with the new type of rotary clothesline that they carry, but I would have to pay the difference in price. I thought that was a really fair deal considering that they no longer carry it and it was well past the warranty. No haggling, begging or pleading was required. Like I said they have great customer service. The clothesline does not have lots of little plastic pieces that break down in UV light so hopefully I won't be back in another three years. Thanks to Peter, and the manager, you made my day!! I'll be back soon for my next garden project.
