This is my go to place for mechanical repairs, and yes, this place is full mechanical. They have a very competitive labour rate, and they are very honest people. I once took my car to a dealership and was told that I needed $6,000 worth of work. I than took it here and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my car. They also do good high quality work. The only thing about this place is that they do charge a $15.00 hoist fee, but given how good and honest they are, I can more than live with that.

Thought I had an appointment to have tire changed, today. Apparently I didn't. The gal at the reception was sure to let me know I didn't the moment I walked in the door. Honestly here attitude showed on her face and her first words to me were what do you want". She is not a happy person. I will never walk in those doors again."

Made an appointment to have my ac fixed on my F250, fixed not charged.They said it worked after they charged it, but my compressor was smoking and clearly worn out. They parked it outside, no one called me describing the situation and asking me how to proceed.I paid $144 to pick up my truck with the same problem it had when I dropped it off.Now I have to go get it fixed and I will not be returning to pay another $800 on top of that first charge when you could have fixed the issue when you knew it was the compressor.Not a satisfied customer.

I hate to give them one star. I used to use them because they were so close. Everytime I took my car there, they put their diagnostic scope on my car, charging me $90 each time and didn't find or do anything today my car. Later, I heard from an employee that Dave the owner refused to pay for the yearly software upgrade. The reason they never found anything was that the software was always outdated yet they continued to charge me the $90. He is honest in that when I asked, he admitted that the scope hadn't been upgraded but when he realized it didn't work on my car, he should have stopped hooking it up and charging me. Is that honest business practice? I haven't been back in 5 years and wouldn't recommend them.

If you value your time, don't come here. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they didn't even bother to order the materials required. Showed up to the appointment and they said they don't order them because they don't know if people will show. Then why make the appointment for me and say you would order materials only to have me show up and you not be prepared? In addition, the person working got agitated that I would question this practice and was incredibly rude, aggressive even.I should add that I certainly would have paid for the rims in advance over the phone had I been asked. I was not offered this option. I can understand not wanting to order materials for customers who don't show but this kind of nonsense has certainly lost you a customer who always shows.

DON'T TRSUT WHAT THEY SAY " in short

Bad Experience! Not Professional!I went for an alignment on my truck and just arriving Dave the person at the front desk was fighting with one of his employees in front of the customers. Once they gave me the truck back the steering wheel was offset I did bring it back immediately and they make you feel like if you did something wrong, with bad attitude they fix what they did wrong but when I asked why on the alignment report doesn’t meet the min and max specs instead of giving me an explanation Dave started yelling.I won’t be back!

Usually on time for appts. Don't know why they are sometimes crabby. While waiting for my cat, a gentleman was also waiting and the mechanic was talking about him like he wasnt sitting there. Complaining about fixing his car. Not very professional.

Excellent everytime , good and on time service, no surprises at invoice time. Book now they are extremely busy for a reason.

Approx. one month ago I ordered rims from these guys and made an appointment to put on my existing winter tires on the ordered rims. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told that they don't have my rims. I was told that they can order the rims right now and it would take additional time for them to arrive. I told them that I have made all the necessary arrangements one month in advance and I shouldn't have to waste my time waiting for the rims that should have been ordered months ago! At that point, the mouthy owner Dave came in the lobby and started yelling at me how customers order rims all the time and never show to pick them up, therefore it is totally ok for them to agree to order rims for me in advance but never do it for my scheduled appointment! I told them to forget the rims and just put on the tires on my existing rims. Oh and the best part: as I was waiting for my winter tires to be put on, another guy came in for his appointment and was told that his tires have not been ordered yet! So if you order tires and/or rims from these guys in advance, be prepared to show up and be told that they don't have your stuff!
