We are working with Ken Haak and his assistant Kathy for the last 10 year for our real estate transactions. I can say from my experience that they are the best in their field. Ken is knowledgeable in all real estate matters and great help in explaining everything. Kathy is awesome to work with, even if she has busy work schedule. She always return the calls and very good in follow up in all real estate matters. She is exceptional in customer service!!!

The fees are very fine print. If you are quoted $1500 for example, add another $500-$700 on top of it. They charge almost $200 to courier for a simple transaction (the opposite party was in the same building as them and they charged almost $200 to courier a cheque to a bank close by). The process was at least smoother than I was expecting. Good luck!
