The driver we ran across doesn't have a brain at all. Completely rude, blocking other workers in on a construction site all because he doesn't want to take 2 minutes to put in effort to let others through while waiting for the cement truck to arrive! Emergency crews couldn't get through if they needed to. Not impressed!
