Mon Shack... Mes choix...Mon avenir!

Personnel tellement dévoué à la cause. Une Directrice qui travaille 7 jours par semaine ou presque.Un endroit de rêve pour ces gens qui n'ont pas demandé d'avoir une maladie mentale si difficilement traitable. Une hygiène de vie et des règlements à observer mais tellement nécessaires pour le bien-être des résidents.Merci aussi aux bénévoles qui interagissent avec les résidents et leur enseigne les arts et autres bonnes idées de toutes sortes.Bravo et longue vie au Shack!

Great place if you are willing to take big steps into getting better and adapting to a life of independence and responsibility. However, I had trouble with this place for a few reasons: first of all, Mon Shack moved pretty quickly for me and I frequently found myself overwhelmed by the strict rules that I often broke. The owner found it hard to trust me (with reason) but I just wish they could have worked with what I was capable of doing in that moment instead of forcing strict adherences to rules that are supposed to give people responsibility but break those who aren’t ready to adapt, which I find odd since many people at mon shack come from troubling situations where they have to start from 1 but right when you get into mon shack, they put on a weight of rules that force you to go from 1 to 5 in an instant and that can be overwhelming to some. I’m doing a lot better now but I just wished I could’ve expressed myself better to the owner what I was struggling with instead of being branded a liar because I didn’t know if I wanted to stay or not (which is reasonable) but all that is done and gone and I wish the best for the staff and the tenants at Mon shack.

Plusieurs activités y sont proposé ainsi que plusieurs services. Appartement propre et assez grand.

Appartement supervisé neuf de 2018 et l'équipe clinique est extra. Les activités sont nombreuse et très diversifiées ! Environnement parfait pour se rétablir a son rythme
