The Dance Method

My 4 year old started taking dance classes here in September 2021. We were nervous about her being around other kids since her dad is immunocompromised, and we know not everyone takes COVID precautions as seriously as we do. I was so happy to see that they have a very organized system for keeping everyone safe! They even sent us class recordings since we couldn’t stay in the studio and watch. The recordings only confirmed that this was the perfect studio for us. Their instructors are engaging, knowledgeable, and know just how to work with this age group. Each week that my daughter had “good listening ears” she was given a sticker. It was a really good motivator for our very easily distracted child. Shout out to Ms Kaylah, Ms Emily, and Ms Orielle for being such a delightful addition in our lives!

This was my daughters first time on a mini competitive dance team, and she could not get enough!! She loves it and we will be returning again.The attention to detail, patience, and positive friendly atmosphere makes this dance studio stand out.I would like to send out a huge thank you to Orielle (owner) and to the teachers Kaylah, Raf, Madison and all the students that helped throughout!

We love The Dance Method! The kids look forward to attending their lessons every week. The instructors are phenomenal at what they do. They provide engaging lessons and are very patient with little ones.

We love The Dance Method! The studio provides a small class, close community atmosphere. Ms. Orielle truly cares about all of her students. All of the instructors have been wonderful to work with and we can’t wait for the next season!

My daughter participated in their 'Free Dance Summer Kick-Off' event. It was a great way to sample their different dance styles and teachers. My daughter is normally shy in new situations but they were GREAT with her and had her happily participating in no time. She had a blast! Great with kids. Beautiful studio. Kid-friendly teachers. Will likely be signing her up for one of their programs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Orielle came back to Winnipeg at the peak of her career to open Winnipeg's newest studio. She is a very well rounded dancer, teacher and choreographer of many styles and a world class specialist of heels" . The studio is a great space with 2 classrooms

The dance method is a very inviting, friendly atmosphere. Both my children dance at the studio in the recreational and competitive divisions. I love that both divisions are taught by trained, knowledgeable teachers and the communication is always clear! Would highly recommend for all ages and dance styles!

The dance method is a the perfect place to practice dance. I am faculty at the dance method and I love the environment Orielle Marcus has created at TDM. The training is amazing and I love all the faculty with all my heart. I would recommend this studio to anyone who’s looking for a great place to train your children with proper technique and with a great mindset. I stand by this studio and everything it stands for!

TDM has been an excellent option for us! The studio offers an array of classes and professional lessons. The teachers and our experience has been great!
