Hot Dogz Grooming

10/10 experience! My dog is a rescue, and she’s always nervous for the groomer but everything went so well and they were incredible with her. She needed her nails trimmed, and a good wash and cleaning especially of her face as she is a bichon that loves the mud… Definitely bringing her back, and would recommend bringing your fur babies here - especially if you’re a nervous momma like me!

Our Bichon looks great and feels great after visiting the spa. She is calm and has no anxiety about the visit. I appreciate having the same staff working on the dog each time she comes.

Our Aussie Sheppard was abused for his puppy days until he was 2. He is scared of all humans therefore reacts aggressively. The unknown. I was so nervous of how our dog would react with strangers it took 4 years to get him groomed. These people are amazing, our dog was not muzzled and he feels and looks like a show dog. The dog groomer whisperers! Highly recommended!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Susie and Derek and their business! They really go above and beyond for their clients. They accomodated us for a 7am appointment when we needed it, and today they came and picked up our dog right from our house and then brought her back home when they were done!! Best customer service ever!My dog is a rescue and can be a challenge at the best of times but Susie and Derek are so good with her that she completely trusts them and lets them do their thing without a fight! We are so happy to have found this special place so close to home. Thank you both.

My partner popped in one day randomly and we decided to give them a try. Was not disappointed!Our dog is not the biggest fan of baths or nail clippings, but with the care and professionalism of the services, she came out a pampered princess. She was especially fond of the drying methods.Thanks so much for taking such great care of our pupper, Oreo. We will definitely be back!

We have recently moved to Maple Ridge and needed a groomer for our 2 Samoyeds (no easy task for any groomer, to be sure!). Friends recommended Hot Dogz and we took our fluffy girls there this week. They came home sparkling white, perfectly trimmed, dry (which is a big deal for double coated dogs) and gorgeous! We are thrilled. We hae already booked our next appointment. Thanks Hot Dogz!

Just moved into the neighborhood with my French bulldog. Did a walk in nail trim yesterday. The staff were really good with my dog, the gentleman who’s name I cannot remember (I’m so sorry) took the time to meet my dog and get her comfortable before taking her back. While they did her nails, I watched another staff member blow drying a doodle dog, she said it was his first groom. She was treating him with so much patience and love. I asked for a nail trim and they cleaned my dogs ears and her face folds as well. And, they did a better job on her nails than my vet. Will definitely be back

After so many years of watching my poor dog become traumatized after her grooming..........I have been given a blessing! Upon collecting her after a first appointment, she was calm and happy. Our pets are a huge part of our families. I have a Bernadoodle who gets anxious and aggressive when I have to take him to the vet or the groomer. I tried various groomers before heading over to Susie and Derek. Best customer service, and my dog looked amazing! They had the patience to calm his anxiety and do an amazing job getting him fresh and clean.They also had to deal with a toenail that was about to fall off, so was super sensitive around his paw. Not to mention, he was badly matted as I could not previously take him anywhere else. 100% recommend this amazing place. Thank you for being Shadow's groomer!! I'll never go anywhere else.
