Like any parts store they are not happy to see you, but they have reasonable stock and better prices than many other options

Nice quick and easy, my brake pads were in a rag but they look and act like new (idk what happened there lol) staff was super friendly and time coherent 10/10

Terrible place to get parts from , they sold us wrong upper control arm , niece tried taking it back , they wouldn't take it back because the bag the part came in was opened, by the way it was the only way I could compared the placement of the ball joint with the old one , without full taking the old one off , the bag kept it from going around the strut to get a more accurate comparison, my niece then tried to take it back ( 185 dollar part ) they told her the best they could do was take and give her a 5% discount on her next purchase , got the proper part from good reliable partsource , the I myself went to return the part , the guy scanned it confirmed they sold the wrong part to her , gave her the refund, no apology, no smile , just a look like we inconvenienced them , but another day and another lesson learned , I copy and pasted this from a fb ad that appeared on my feed i commented my experience there also

I bought in CONFIDENCE after their advice over two parts because those parts maybe different from others in any way. Bought them last winter for my summer car when i had spare money and to be in advance.Now with the nice weather we have it's time to change my parts! I just discovered they sent me the wrong ones! Emailed the ''KING'' and of course he can't do nothing for me since my parts were bought more than 30 days ago and if you want to return something, even in the 30 days, you have to pay for it!! Two big front struts would cost me maybe 70 dollars to mail them back if not more...So, 500 dollars with taxes down the drain!!!! And the ''KING'' answers you with his high attitude making you feeling like... you know what i mean.I bought from him-them on ebay because they were the lowest. But being the lowest comes with that low attitude and service... After market customers? What's that for them! Never heard of that!No need to tell you that i will never buy there ever and beware!!!!!The KING of lies...

Good value and a nice store to have here in Edmonton. Over a half dozen times I have ordered on line and picked up the parts at their Edmonton location. The front end staff have always been helpful and some parts I have purchased have been exceptional quality for the money paid. I am very careful to double check vehicle specs and read the description of parts before ordering and so far I have never been disappointed.

Good radiator, Good price. Way cheaper than OE and still better than my local distro even with my friends and family. So far the rad is holding up perfectly.

Totally understandable getting tired of explaining the same thing over and over to different customers. As a first time walk-in customer I am giving 1 star. I felt terrible to be a customer at this store.Might be a surprise but often times customers no little about how a store operates its business.

Great deals and fast service.. Knowledgeable staff and the website has a ton of choices.. Parts of varying levels and price budgets, from eco to awesome.. will buy from again.. we saved a good amount..

Cannot beat these prices. Shop online, get help as well with no issues. Pickup in Edmonton or ship directly to you. Amazing!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Not helpful in any way shape or form over the phone. Credit card is only form of payment which is a joke for this day of age.
