Kelowna International Hostel
This place is a great time if you want to meet people, lots of very social and friendly folks from all over to interact with and hear the stories of. We came in on Canada day weekend and had an absolute blast in this city and hung out with a whole group from here.Don't be fooled by the looks of this place, it has lockers and is maintained well for a house converted into a hostel.Will come back again next time I'm in town and in need of a place!

I am a first time hostel-er and KelownaInternational Hostel is an all inclusiveexperience like none other. They haveeverything. Need some boxing practice?Head to the north deck to throw a couplepunches at the punching bag! Too tired tograb a bite to eat? Buy some Mr noodles from the front desk and cook yourself a nice meal in the kitchen! Wanna do some dancing? South deck has party lights and Karaoke for days! Do you like to swim? Less than a 10 minute walk fromthe great Okanagan lake!Pancakes for breakfast, couches for lounging and bunk beds for sleeping. The staff are helpful and caring. Inspirational quotes everywhere. What more do you need?

It's the third time I've been back to this nice hostel!!! Ben, you keep keeping the place and the atmosphere well. I hope you continue to do it! It's always nice to meet new people and have a good time. Greetings, see you next time !!!!

Kelowna International Hostel
Used to stay many times over the years. $25 a night was the average rate. Was comfortable, respectable. I’m friends with the man who built this hostel. His name is Vincent Fedora. I call the hostel just now, and am asked where I’m from by a gent. I say that I’m from Vancouver. He tells me that’s too close to Kelowna to offer me a bed. 5 stars over 20 years of great service; 1 star for what it is now. Maybe shutting down Canadas borders again will improve the way this place treats people who are from this country.

Great vibes and likely a great place to meet people and adventure around the area.Staff and fellow guests were friendly and helpful.Free breakfast was decent.I found the hostel a bit cluttered and unkempt compared to other hostels I have been to.Lots of people in tight spaces. So not great if you are practicing distancing.Very open and repeated cannabis usage (may not be everyones cup of tea)

Bathrooms weren’t clean. At 6 in the morning we were woken up by karaoke and furniture being moved upstairs in the common area. The personnel is very welcoming and go out of their way to include the guests. Good place if you’re looking for the ‘family vibe’.

I stayed there a few months ago. You'll either love or hate this place. I felt like it was a fun place a long time ago and retained some of that charm, but still became a filthy hole for addicts and homeless people. Definitely not worth being a HI-Hostel.

Great location, decent prices, chill people here. Even though someone just scortched their milk and the entire house smells like burnt milk... they still get 5 stars :) now someone teach that fool how to cook.
