El Bosco Food Trucks

El Bosco served me the best Tacos I have had in a long time. The pork and fish tacos are exceptionally good. I can't wait to have the truck pull up to my office building. Service was great and very friendly.

If you are considering El Bosco to cater for your next big event please please read this review. We ordered for a party this past Saturday and we were told last minute that the driver would not deliver because there was a little snow on the ground. So two hours before the party we were told a Uber was coming and that the scheduled time would no longer work that we would have to accept an earlier delivery. Fine, then I asked if the food was still going to be warm when it arrived in the Uber and I was assured that it was properly packed to stay warm. My food arrives earlier then we wanted, it is all cold, freezing actually. The meat had been cooked at least a day prior to delivery, the salad was all wet and soggy, the empanadas were disgusting, the fries cold and greasy, and the chicken kebobs hard like a rock. I mean horrible. Im Uruguayan so I know my empanadas very well and these were more like stale pizza pockets. The only thing that was edible were the chips but the dip looked like the avocados were rotten already. Never in my life have I seen food like this especially for an event. I was so mortified, I did not serve any of this food to my guests and was left to order in pizza. It was an awful experience and to make matters worse when I called Marcela to speak with her and she claimed the food I and 35 other guests were looking at was just fine. I proceeded to tell her that this was not acceptable and that I would go on here to tell my story and she simply replied I don't care" again and again!!!Please please trust me do not order from this place. Order from the Food Dudes. They are exceptional

El Bosco Food Truck was at our Engagement Party and was sooo good! Amazing food that catered to all our guests (Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free). It was such a unique and cool experience for our party. Marcela, Stella and their staff were such nice people it really made the whole booking experience so easy and comfortable. Would definitely book them again. Thanks guys!!

We hired El Bosco Food Truck for our new office opening party and they were amazing! Not only was the food delicious, hot and had plenty of options to choose from, the staff were amazing. Dealing with Marcela was a pleasure, she was extremely responsive and accommodating. She even arranged for picnic table rentals for us. 10/10 recommend for your next event!

Good quality tacos, but a little disappointed in the flavour! We tried the chicken, pork, and fish tacos at the Street Eats food truck festival after waiting a total of an hour (line to order and wait for food) which definitely skewed my expectations... The fish taco had the best flavour of the 3, but I don't think I'll return.

We ordered El Bosco's taco platters for my husbands birthday. The food was super high quality and delicious! It's our second time ordering from them in the past two years. Both times consistent. They're an incredible, unique and affordable option when you're hosting a larger group as well. Our guests were so impressed! Highly recommend.

Had the fish tacos at a food truck festival and it did not disappoint.

If I could give them more that 5 stars I would! I have had El Bosco cater 2 different 50th birthday events. Their menu is amazing and Ismael Castro was so personable and kind. He entertained the guests and well as offered the best tasting tacos with the freshest ingredients. The presentation was beautiful and my guests were very impressed. Thank you El Bosco Catering for making me look so good! I will definitely hire them again.

Amazing food and great experience overall. So happy I catered from El Bosco for a birthday dinner. The food was amazing and enjoyed every bite of it. Traditional meets elevated dining. Highly recommend. Thank you Marcela and Ismael for the amazing food and fantastic service. 10/10!!
