Woodbridge Kids Clinic

Our experience at very first time at this clinic. Our appointment was at 12:15pm with Dr Yoon today. We arrived at 12:01pm. Waited until 12:20 to get a room. After that waited and kept waiting for the doctor to see my son until 1:05pm. After asking at reception how much more time, she said “you’re next”. We waited for another 15mins, doctor didn’t come. My son got so sleepy and all cranky. We decided to leave and reschedule. All the reception lady had to say was “Dr Yoon is running behind”. Longest wait ever for my son to be seen by a doctor which didn’t even happen.

Why is this clinic IMPOSSIBLE to reach? I was just made to wait 8 (eight) minutes on the phone, with a voice saying I was the next customer for 7 minutes. Then it went to a recorded message - not a voicemail, mind you. So...I was the next in line and then no-one picked up? Seriously? On top of this, there is no email address on the website. The recorded message always says we might be away from our phones". OK

My son Eduard although is 3 months old, he already loves doctor Yoon Yeang. Dr. Yoon is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. We are blessed to have him as our Pediatrician. The office and the receptionists are great too.And thumbs up to Claudia who’s always doing an amazing job - so organized and on top of things!

Dr.Candice Barra is very detailed in her approach to care for our kids, she highly knoledgable and takes the time to check and explain. Very good with the kids, our kids are very comfortable with the doctor. We are lucky to have her as our childrens doctor.

Claudia is so friendly and very helpful whenever I need an answer or an appointment asap she always takes her time to answer all my questions and squeeze my little ones in,... she knows how to calm down a mama bear that's for sure !

My son has been going there for years and seeing Dr. Cannitelli what a amazing Doctor . Not only is my son very comfortable and put at ease, but the Doctor is very thorough and explains everything which is important for most parents! The staff are always welcoming and do their best to get us in at short notice. Great clinic

The space is really depressing. I want to leave the second I open the door. The room is not child friendly as well. When I was waiting, I also witnessed a patient had an argument with the receptionist, which set the atmosphere very awkward and depressing. We will not come back.

Dr. Cannetilli is truly an amazing doctor who cares about his patients. He never rushes through appointments and always answers all of my questions. Rita and Claudia- the ladies at the front desk, are so organized and friendly. They truly make you feel welcomed and at ease when you are there. Thank you to the entire team who goes over and beyond. Thank you for keeping our children healthy and parents at ease!

The office is great, very clean and organized. Reception and nurses are very warm and welcoming. While we haven't seen the other doctors in the clinic, Dr. Barra has an extremely knowledgeable demeanor and provided us with patience and comfort while addressing all our questions. She actually listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. It’s great to see people working in a line of work they’re passionate about. The only drawback is that the office is shared with a walk-in clinic, but this a minor thing compared to the level of care they provide. If I could add a sixth star I would!

I can never say enough about this clinic. Dr Cannetelli is the best doctor I could ever ask for. My children absolutely adore him. This location is clean and organized. Over the 8 years my kids have been seeing him, he's constantly trying to make it better and more efficient. It is now like a well oiled machine. You may have to wait, but you will never be rushed or not taken seriously. The receptionist, Rita, is amazing and so helpful even when its insanely busy. She answers all of my questions and concerns even when I'm being paranoid and probably annoying ! Dr Cannetelli and his staff have a way with children that is priceless and irreplaceable. He distracted my daughter for 2 vaccines and she didn't even know she was getting them ... absolutely fantastic. I am so grateful for this clinic and even though I now live an hour away I am happy to make the drive knowing he cares for my children and their well being. Thank you Dr Cannetelli and all of your staff for everything you do! Thank you will never be enough.
