Stacey at the Masonville mall location was super sweet and friendly. She did my second and third lobe piercings all in one sitting, and I was shocked at how gentle and confident she was when doing the piercings. Excellent job! I can’t recommend her enough!

Booked for a cover up tattoo consultation by someone named Jay. Showed him what I wanted and the cover up ideas I had.He booked me an appointment.When I got to the shop for my appointment, I met with someone who explained to me she doesn’t actually do coverups. She then proceeded to try to say that maybe I wasn’t thorough when booking my appointment and she’s not sure why I would have been paired with her??There wasn't anyone else there that could help me at the time either. The girl at the front, I think her name was Katie advised she would contact someone about this and have them follow up with me. Never happened.

Had Gus as my artist and I am so happy with my tattoo! He was an amazing guy and since it was my first time he did a good job at easing me into it! Will definitely come again!

Ive gone in twice now for walk in facial piercings, both times they have been super fast, super painless, and done with perfect placement. 10/10 would recommend

He’s done my neck, throat, chest and is now working on my calf.He’s an absolute sweetheart. Very kind, patient and passionate. Got my nostril pierced here for the $45 promotion. Bright, clean studio. That said, I can attest to all the reviews about the staff's attitudes: the atmosphere overall felt very unwelcoming.They did not explain anything about the process, and only went over their recommended aftercare when I declined to sign the form (where it says they gave you that information and a chance to ask questions) until they actually did so. You also pay before you even meet the piercer, which is different from anywhere else I've gone.I have some suspicion that they may not have done my piercing properly -- I had done my research and spoken to friends, and the consensus was that it's not a very painful spot. I also have a decent pain tolerance, yet I was unprepared for how much it hurt. I had blood gush all down my face and chest while the piercer tried to control the bleeding.I asked if they had pierced through a vein or something, to which they just curtly said there aren't any veins in your nose". I'm not an anatomist

I had my 1st tattoo from pi today and i am very thrilled and happy to share my experience with all of u guys that they are the best and the guy named TONY he is literally awesome i did not feel any pain while tattooing and my experience was worth it.all the staff is amazingly friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with perfect image and my artist, Mariana. It was only my second tattoo and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We made great conversation during the tattoo process and the shading technique she used looks absolutely beautiful. I love my tattoo and will definitely be going back to perfect image for more.
