Central Park Travel Clinic

The PCR test (COVID test) result for travel was REJECTED by ANA and Cathay Pacific airlines due to incorrect wordings in the result report. I needed to retake the test in other lab and reschedule the flight and hotel.I haven't never received any email reply from this clinic since I asked them to amend the wording.Their service is more expensive than other clinics but disappointing.

Garbage Doctor

Very rude & disrespectful receptionist. Never called us for canceling the appointment but insisted that she made the call... The primary care Dr. L is also lazy and doesn't know his stuff - couldn't be more careless... Will not visit again.

I went to visit Dr Genest for severe pain in my shoulder and back. Was sent for x-rays. X-ray requisition was not sent to Brooks radiology a requested. Made a follow up appointment as per Dr Genest's Instructions. Confirmed with the receptionIst who gave me a piece of paper with the appointment date. I even followed up on the Monday to confirm there were no changes. On Thursday I drive 45 minutes in to see the doctor to find nobody there. I was in complete pain with still no results of my x-rays. NObidy phoned me to cancel the appointment or anything. I call on the Monday to find out what happened and the receptionist first of all is not even listening to me. Then when I repeat what happened twice she is rude with me. 30+ years and im finding a new doctor
