The moment you step in to the store itself is so negative and it’s nowhere close what I have seen in Calgary. ( yes even in price). They have a no refund policy which means you can’t even return something even if you haven’t left the store. Wait!! I mean what kind of UNFAIR policy is that. I can understand if I took it home and I came back returning it!! Value village >>>>>> treasure hunt !!

I remember when this place used to be great for getting good deals on items and now it's not even good. The prices are outrageous for things that are pre-owned sent back to companies etc. I am very disappointed as I use to be a regular. I used to be able to find amazing things that were double the price in store and as a lower income student that was very important to me. I will be sticking to thrift stores from now on.

just left that store which is almost empty and a lot of junk... cashier should pay attention more to one customer at a time and tried to make my friend pay again like seriously... and tried to say I owe her again after I gave her my funds... either they try to scam the people or having other people waiting and hoping we pay for theirs or try to get their I rway out or they need to hire experienced cashiers... the receipt machine shouldn't be within customers reach

They just changed prices.25.00 Saturday into 75.0020.00 Sunday into 50.0015.00 Monday into 25.00I used to be a huge fan of this location! No way that I'm spending 75.00 or 50.00 on their preowned, out of the package, missing parts, damaged items for these prices.

Great store. I always find waaay more than I bargained for. Most of all Mea the cashier is an awesome lady. Very kind, soft spoken and extremely friendly. She's been there since they first opened the doors. The owner Jousuf is the kindest man I've ever met. Very nice and warm place to shop with no hassels and my family and I go there quite often.....Lol .. too often. Great deals. Love it there.

Why shop for clothes anywhere else. Deals on items you would never think of finding. Kitchen aids, tools, furniture, Camping gear, photography, sports equipment, bedding and lots of pet accessories too. The name says it all!! Great staff and management.

I went in on a 25 dollar day hoping to see a good range of items. I saw a couple items I might like. There were a few young men opening packages and boxes. It is clearly marked not to do this. I didn't want to buy when they were not stopped. Any of the items could have been looked through and disheveled or missing parts. More staff might help.

Was my first day coming here. It has the same Business Model as krazy bins from Amazon. Im not sure if this is another Amazon sale store or not but same idea. Saturday is when items are $25 each. Then it slowly decreases over the week down to $1. Good place for phone cases. I think all phone cases are $1 every day. At the very least there is a bin for cases that are $1 and its the same daily.
