You never wait on hold, the support people are so knowledgeable and they always find solutions for every situation I've ever needed help with over the course of 5 years. Just migrated a domain from GoDaddy and it was super easy. Sorry it took so long to review, but keep up the good work!!

I originally gave a 1 star and bad review and have changed it. I have since spoken with customer support, and I admit I was wrong. Great support, great price, and it's nice to do business with a Canadian company. Once i was able to speak with someone, they helped me out right away, and educated me on what the problem was, and how to avoid it in the future.
