I went in to report my phone stolen after I recently went to another Rogers closer to work to check my options, after reviewing I decided to use an older model instead of paying a ridiculous deductible. I decided to buy a new card and at the location at st vital. So I go to this location after hearing about blacklisting a phone hoping they can do this, she said I didn't have to worry the second I put a new SIM card in this phone all my data and information is no longer on the other phone, I asked a few more times to check If she was sure and yes she insisted, I end up checking Samsung phone finder and set out to confront the thief, and got my phone back without incident and low and behold! All my info is still in the phone! Obviously I should have known it'd keep the information but your employees shouldn't be out right lying about that information ! not only that but while dealing with customers she would hang up the phones instead of telling them to call back, and basically made no effort to care, she hung up a dozen times and not once made the effort. Terrible service, better train up your employees.

They did good job.

Extremely bad service just paid for bills and the was waiting for sim card to be activated, they just cant do anything would be better if i would have gone to some other store instead of paying at this store and had to call. Them again and again as to fix it because i paid to them and they dont update any information on the account
