Nailicious

I am so disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the staff today. Went with 5 family members for a Xmas pamper then a rip roaring fight broke out between the staff over how the allocation of clients was done. To say the least we won’t be back so there is no worry about the client distribution. You don’t yell at each other in front of Customers. And no apologies nor discount. We were very embarrassed by it all.

Unprofessional! I booked an appointment and then a walk in came without an appointment. They STOPPED my work and left me sitting there for 10 mins to tend to a WALK IN!!! Then they tried to justify it somehow, as if my time is unimportant. NEVER GOING BACK

Love them! Absolutely the best nail salon I have ever been to! Such nice ladies and do an amazing job !

I went to get my nails done today and I'm so disappointed with the quality of the job done.. It looks like I did it at home.. The nail tech said she couldn't do what I wanted because it takes a while.. If she knew she couldn't do it that same time, she should've let me know to come back or book an appointment. Rather than rush my nail because she had someone else coming in soon. It looks like a child did them and I am unhappy and unsatisfied. If only I can post a picture of them.

I have been going to nailicious for years, even takes my parents always recieves excellent service, will definitely recommend to friends in the area to try them.

My mom and I went in to Nailicious without an appointment, after being turned down flat-out at two other salons. We were provided with a full explanation of what services they offered and how each differed in quality. I got shellac nails and my nail tech (so sorry I didn't catch her name) was incredible with my nails. They are truly stunning. As for my mom, she got solar gel nails and they were absolutely breathtaking. So nice and clean, and so many colors to choose from! 100% will be back!

I was part of a five person party who came for mani pedis on Saturday December 22. My daughter had booked this appointment for five of us as a Christmas outing. Two came from an hour away each. I did not have a good experience. The lady doing my pedi started arguing with the lady doing my daughter in laws mani. This went on for some time. It was over one feeling that she wasn’t getting equal time as the others. It made for a very embarrassing and uncomfortable time. My sister in law even mentioned it yesterday when we got together for Christmas. We did not get apologies nor a discount. I am not impressed with your company. We have come many other times but will not be coming again if this is your usual service and non response to poor service

Brows were waxed unevenly, nails were clipped way too short. Pedicure itself was decent, but the actual application of polish was rushed and it definitely shows... polish on the skin around the nail and no top coat. Disappointed... would not return.

Walked in for a pedicure ( that i owed myself from last year lol) and was seen right away by cindy. She was absolutely awesome and patient(I suffer from ticklish feet) made my feet feel amazing I will definitely be going back!! Keep up the good work

Had a set if solar nails done and refills done. Even without an appointment they were so accommodating. Staff is very pleasant.
