Horrible service...was harrassed and shouted at because, apparently, wanting to READ everything I was signing my initial too wasn't in their plans.

This company has ignored basic tenancy act rules and rights falsified police reports and bragged about making complaints to the ministry for things like no running water witch there was and that the chimney needed to be swept gave even falsified receipts and ransacked my place that I was renting from them I've won arbitration twice against them and they're still not following proper rules

They are pleasant to deal with but service is sub par. I find it takes them forever to get things moving. It can take half a dozen calls and messages and many months for the ball to get rolling. It feels like you're being deferred intentionally.

I had a great experience with Parallel 50. Tracey was very professional and personable when showing me some of the options around town for rent. Would highly recommend both her and Parallel 50 for anyone looking for some help navigating the rental market in Campbell River.

P50 managed 3 rental properties for me for a little over 1 year. They were terrible! Bookkeeping mistakes almost every month, almost non-existent or very delayed communication and bad reviews from the tenants...there was really almost nothing they did even remotely well. I strongly encourage other landlords to look elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and super friendly staff, their team is always going above and beyond! Franca especially!!

Terrible communication....We were moving to campbell river and were shown 2 places. One she didn't have the keys for.... the second place we took on the spot for a month away to move in.We haven't heard from them since, besides meeting a different employee for the keys the day we moved in. Numerous calls with zero action. It's been 2 months and we still don't have a copy of our agreement or list of fix its that were to be done after move in inspection.Luckily we met the actual owner of our place and are now dealing with him, and repairs were done almost immediately which the owner knew nothing about.I give them one star based on the first day and were shown our new home.

Stay away from Parallel 50 realty. Very bad customer service, extremely poor communication, ... Stay away is my advice.

Joke of a company and especially the owner/property manager dale milkman?Will not return your calls or be anything of a good landlord. Just shows up hands you Papers and leaves. No respect for their tenants and will break basic tenancy act laws to get their way.
