Hi Tech Auto I found to be very competitive. Their work, in my opinion is second to none ! I know a couple people who have taken their classic vehicles there for renewal and rebuild. Outstanding workmanship in my opinion.I recommend you drop by if you need paint and bodywork done. Take a look at some of his completed projects. You’ll be impressed.I know everyone can’t be pleased but Rick is a honest, straight shooter !

Rick and all the staff were amazingly friendly. They took us during the very busy Christmas season with no appointment and fixed everything on the spot. Excellent Prices, AMAZING kindness and customer service. We were hit with some bad luck this christmas as someone had hit our front bumper while in a parking lot, The staff had our car fixed promptly, and threw in our break lights. I cant recommend this place enough. Super genuine people.

Rick Hill and his entire crew at Hi Tech are simply the best! I was in a fender bender with my Dodge Ram. I called Rick, and brought my truck in. He took care of everything from the rental company waiting for me when I arrived, to a full wash and clean when the truck was returned in good as new condition. And he had it all done in record time. I thought with all the Covid issues this would drag on, but they were amazingly efficient. A big Thank You to all of you!

Rick did an outstanding job on my son's Dodge Journey after he hit a pole in our underground. Rick was very professional and his workmanship was outstanding. I highly recommend this body shop. He is both honest and does great work

Great people, however horrible work. My wife had to have the hood and bumper repainted three times and had issues each time. Fist time the paint was not the same colour as the rest of the car and it started to chip off easily. The second time you could see where they went back and forth when they painted it, still not the correct colour and it started to have a million stone chips. The third time it is now the correct colour but now the paint is cracking and peeling off. There are at least a 100 stone chips from diving it on the highway and in the city. They said that they would fix the big crack only. We should have paid a little bit more and had it done properly. Now I have to pay someone else to repaint it properly. Wish that I could get my money back!

Overall a terrible experience… made a mess of my car! Front bumper repair and paint. Repairs not smooth, sanding grooves can be seen in paint, overspray & under spray, paint drips, paint peeling, clear coat peeling and poor colour match. They painted the bumper in place? Owner is trying to defend the work and says it’s normal?? Took my vehicle to another shop for inspection and was told it’s the worst job they’ve seen on a quality car. Shop owner, Rick got aggressive and told me he doesn’t need my busy and not to come back. Unbelievable! Took my money and doesn’t warranty his horrible work.I wish I was able to attach photos to this review to prove the authenticity of this review. Stay far away from this place. I would give it 0 stars if the system allowed.

The owner and his assistant were very courteous. I made an appointment for the work to be done. They left working on the other job to attend me. They finished working on my car in time for me to go to another appointment. I would highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough positive things about the quality service and high-level professionalism I personally experienced at Hi Tech Collision. Highly recommended!
