Very bad Management Company. Don't ever hire them.

I have always lived in the area around Fairview Mall. The other day I contacted the office in the building where I was interested to buy in. There was a posting for one condominium but by the time my family and I made a decision to put and offer, the condo was sold. I called the management office to inquire information and to see how often condos sell in this building and if they know what the prices rage from and just to see what they have to say about the building. The lady that answered the phone was rude as soon as I started to talk. I just had a chance to say that I am looking to buy in the building and if I could get some information and that was all I was able to say. She right away told me to google any information I need and went on and on saying that she is not google and her job is the building and if I want something I can just use the internet. I couldn't even say anything at all. She even started saying things that did not have anything to do with me and she was shouting the whole time. I hope that this is just my experience with this person and hope that people who live there are treated better. I used the internet as she suggested and I must say when I googled this building and found out this property management company it just seems that anywhere they are they speak the same to everyone. My understanding is that the company is paid by the owners in the building and should be more polite no matter what the situation is because first impression, at least for me, matters. I know for sure that my family and I will not be buying any properties in this building or any other that they manage, but if I was an owner there I would google like she told me to do and find out why this company has such low rating. I am so shocked and disappointed, but at least I know how to look for properties better.

I wish I could give them less than one star.
