Jon and Lewis removed our old hot tub today. A monumental job I did not want to tackle. They made quick work of dismantling it, loading the truck, and cleaned up spotlessly when all was done . I needed alot of brush and sticks (built up over 15 year!) taken away.The online setup was easy..I set the day and time. I spent the morning putting them in bags and piles on the lawn, near the curb. Ryan called me before the scheduled time window, letting me know that he'd be arriving at the end of the time window. He was friendly and the quote was reasonable....based on how much room is taken in their truck.I'll use them again for sure!

I am impressed by the service! Easy to book and schedule. Exceptionally professional - as promised they called 20 minutes before arriving, were courteous on arrival. The piece of furniture I was having removed and the couple of boxes of stuff for donation were removed efficiently (furniture was tricky to get out the door, but Ryan and Tyler did it 100% better than the pro movers that brought it in a couple of years ago!) - all with a smile. Worth every penny (and reasonable!) and more! I would absolutely call Just Junk again when I need their service!

Fast, professional, polite! Called with a 15-minute arrival warning which I really appreciated. Two men came, took everything away, and even took apart my bedframe for me. I would use this service again if I was getting rid of furniture that wasn't in good enough condition to donate.
