We always have a great experience here! The receptionist are always friendly and accommodating. The dental hygienist and staff are great and awesome with kids as well! All around a great local place to use and clean!

Hygienists are great but insist you get predetermination b4 procedure, or you'll get a nice surprise and possibly collection agency...no communication ...surprise!! As per your response, you never discussed nor did our insurance get contacted at anytime for predetermination. Then extra cost hid, no contact, until I noticed it on our receipt as psst due. Pretty shady.

I had a filling done this morning and I can honestly say it was the easiest filling I’ve ever had. I experienced absolutely no pain, not even during the numbing injection. Dr. Naz was super efficient and kind and kept making sure that I was comfortable (I don’t love going to the dentist). I will definitely be back for all my cleanings and future dental work.

Worked with me to maximize the use of my benefits, without pushing to do more work than I could afford.The front desk ladies were awesome to schedule with. I had to cancel one appointment and they were able to fit me in even sooner. I had another booked for 4pm and they called to say, if I wanted to, I could come in earlier, which also worked great for me. Hygienist and dentist were both excellent at telling me what to expect before and during the procedures.Most important, it didn't hurt !!

We are so lucky to have this team here in Erin. Everyone is so kind and no matter how scared your kids are they take their time in explaining everything and making sure they are comfortable. We are not just patients. They truly care. When you walk in you are greeted with a huge smile. I would highly recommend.

Huge thank you to Erin Dental Care for accommodating my chipped tooth just before Christmas. My tongue was quite aggravated by the tooth and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in until the new year. They worked to not only fit me in, but also very fairly priced the work I had done. Thank you once again, Karolina and the rest of the staff.

Erin dental care is fantastic. Their office doesn’t feel like a clinic more like a warm house and the staff are very friendly- especially Karolina! My fiancé chipped his tooth and they were able to fit him in the week before Christmas and were very helpful with out of pocket pricing. Merry Christmas and thank you so much again!

I'm not a lover of going to the dentist I actually hate it but the staff here are good and they make me feel calm. I experienced no bad moments they took great care of me and when it was all over I got a stick for being a good boy. No worries.
