Very very bad customer service. The customer service rep I had was rude and arrogant. Waste of money to get any alarm system from them. I’m sure Half of their customer service reps help thieves for the house robberies. Never ever get alarm and monitoring system with this company

Their accounting practices are the worst. Try paying a bill - its a crazy system. Too long to go into detail here but this company needs to get its act together - made six calls / mail box is full / directed to wrong number by machine - annual nightmare.

Worst customer service ever! Trying to get service is like impossible! Waiting 3 days now for technician. Alarm keeps beeping every 4 hours! Hate to see if you have an emergency. Stay away from this company! If could I would take away the 1 star you have to put to rate.

Trying to cancel with them, I called in about 6 months ago and was told that I just had to notify them close to when I wanted to cancel. Now being told that I have to pay for an extra 30 days because I need to give more notice.

Expect to wait over 30 minutes EVERY time you call in to talk with someone. Worst wait time in the GTA. Currently on hold over 1 hour. Another company will have your system installed and operational while you are still on hold with these clowns.

Had to deal with these geniuses this week. Lets just say it was really pathetic how incompetent they are. Consider hiring ANY other company. Unless you like waiting 30+ minutes for a simple request.

Keep your self away they don’t do the required job.!!!!!I have issues but no one take responsibility for calling back. Every time they say manager will call back but it never happens.Twice my alarm went off but no one bothered to respond to alarm , if you are not responding to alarm when what for monitoring station, any why anyone should give you business.

Horrible Horrible alarm company, I've been on hold for 2 hours everyday waiting to speak with someone for the last 2 weeks about an issue I have with my alarm not working and still haven't spoken to someone, also every month I have to call them to send me my bill. This company is a scam, they do not care about their customers, I have left numerous messages and still no call back

Why does it take 30 minutes to answer a phone? Because the company is too cheap to properly staff the call centre.

I have to say that I received excellent customer service today from Supervisor/Manager Terry Joshi. He was most helpful and respectful as well as patient. My husband and I are both seniors so we really appreciated his patience. He helped our son to navigate his way through the alarm system and ultimately correct the issue. Thankyou so very much Terry ! You were wonderful.
