The worst experience I’ve actually ever had at an auto shop before. The customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this place at all... I had dropped my car off for a diagnosis on the engine. The mechanic had my car in the shop bay for 8 days!!! Even after making an appointment. The mechanics never called me once throughout the time that it was in the shop to give any sort of update.(not that it’s a huge deal)... I live in the area so every day driving by I see that the car has not moved or anybody working around it... so I decided to go to the shop and ask about my car, I was told by “ Chris” that it was being worked on and that he would call me with an update later on in the afternoon... (which did not happen) I let the day pass figuring they were busy.It was about 10 minutes till the shop closed so I took it upon myself to call them again. And then was soon told by “Chris” they couldn’t do anything with my car and for me to come get it.Just frustrating that it took 8 days to do a “diagnosis”And then the car be given back to you still broken.

Engaged HomeTown Auto to safety a used car that I purchased locally and can't say enough great things about my experience. Chris took many, many calls from me to coordinate the ownership transfer. The safety work came in less than estimated and again, Chris coordinated an after hours collection.Amazing service!

What fantastic, honest shop. They do great work here and I can't believe the cost. My bill is always HALF what I think it should be. Tell me where else you get that feeling? You don't! I drive a BMW and don't just trust my car with anyone. These guys are always accommodating and they will always try to get you in ASAP. Could not have been more pleased with the service here. I had an issue with my water pump, Chris was able to order the part and have it done for me in under 3 hours. Nice that there is a Tim Hortons right here to sit and have multiple coffees.

My exhaust line fell off my car on the way to work, I drove up to the door and asked if they could help me and they were able to get me in right away!!! They welded my pipe and reattached my heat shield and I was on my way for a super reasonable rate. Friendly and kind service, highly recommend!!! *AND* they left festive chocolate for me in my car. Can't say enough kind words. Thank you.

I went in for a broke exhaust pipe that they were able to fix quite quickly without an appointment, and they did an excellent job. Rates were reasonable and I ended up changing out two tires as well on the recommendation of their mechanic. Chris was very helpful and nice, would recommend them. I'll be bringing back my car the next time I need a service.
