Bellevue Day Spa

I booked an apt online here early this week for a lip and brow wax. I showed up at 6:20 for my 6:30 apt and the salon was fully shut down and Cinthia was locking up. This wasn’t a big deal and an honest mistake as she did not see that I booked an apt online a few hours prior and she’s a very lovely lady. I’m giving the two stars because my skin was torn off on both sides of my lip from the wax OUCH!! The wax canister was obv turned off for the night so when she had to turn it back on, it takes time to heat up which she did not give it. When the wax was applied it was certainly not warm which could have been the reason she had to wax the same areas of the lip multiple times! I feel like the apt was so rushed as they were ready to go home from a busy day. No creams or anything at all applied to the lip or brow post wax. All around a very disappointing experience. Have had to spend the week applying cortisone cream and loads of polysporin to my lip.

The most amazing facial I’ve ever had! Cinthia makes sure you walk out feeling radiant, refreshed, and so relaxed with every treatment she provides. She went above and beyond to make it a memorable celebration for my mum and myself. Cinthia is an absolute gift with her infectious and caring energy. Will definitely be back!

Cinthia was amazing!! She examined my skin and removed all the dead skin. I started my day with bumpy uneven skin and left with glowing silky smooth skin. Definitely the best facial I have ever had!I also received a hot stone massage and my goodness was it relaxing! She worked on places that I didn’t know were problem areas. My body feels so relaxed!10/10 would recommend Cinthia and Bellevue Day Spa!

Cynthia is a wonderful esthetician! She has amazing energy and really cares about her clients. Her massages are truly amazing. I left with skin absolutely glowing and feeling very relaxed. They use eminence organic here which has always worked very well for my skin.

I had a facial done here by Cinthia and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. She was very welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience. I left feeling totally refreshed and my skin felt great. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing luxurious Spa with great ambience and decor. Fantastic, super friendly service from Cinthia. Used all their services and would definitely recommend checking this Spa out. Had the best Facial and Hot Stone massage therapy here and I have become a repeat customer. The Spa offers vegan and cruelty free products which is very unique in that industry.

Hands down the best Spa in the Okanagan. Cinthia has amazing energy and care for her clients. She uses the most advanced machines and techniques in Canada. Her Facial made me look 10 years younger. Her hot stone deep tissue massages helped alleviate my lower back pain immensely. So refreshing to have such a caring client centric Spa in Kelowna. Last but not the least, Cinthia uses cruelty free vegan products which is super healthy for the skin and environment. I would give this Spa 6 stars if I could!

Definitely recommend the relaxing massage! I've never felt so relaxed and at ease after a massage. Will definitely book again.

NO-SHOW! Bellevue had reached out for a promo and I accepted and scheduled an appt for a facial and massage. They reminded and confirmed with me 7 times, even an hour before the appt. When I got there 5 mins early, the door was locked and nobody was around. I texted and waited 15 more minutes. I went for coffee at Milk Shed and came back and still nobody was there. Couple days later, they still have not acknowledged that they completely missed it. The negative reviews also indicate there are issues with their scheduling.

Cynthia is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does! The express facial was absolutely amazing, I'm going to be going back for another one very soon.
