My first time at Harvey's and it was actually pretty good. I enjoy McDonald's and AW burgers and picky about many others but very much enjoyed the angus. Was a very interesting concept to make the burger too, identical model as subway which you can pick all your toppings in front of you. Great for someone with food allergies or just wants to make their own burger easily.

This was probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too! I’m not one to leave reviews hut this was such a positive experience, the manager should be very proud of their employees! Not one employee was ever standing around (not that standing around is bad just wanted to point that out) :)

I was a regular customer to this place. Not anymore. The girl on drive thru is so rude and terrible. She doesn’t take the order properly n worst way of talking. Don’t know how she is still doing the drive thru job.

It is located right on a bike trail and doesn’t have a single bike parking spot. The personal was polite and friendly. The burgers were decent.

Today night I ordered through drive thru they dont know english maybe the employee was having difficulty to understand what i saying and the guy was rude as well not recommended to order during night hours. Please improve ur service and way of communication with customers. Food was not bad.

Visited the new and improved Harvey's in Waterloo. Great experience overall. I am so excited for the new lightlife burger :D the service was great, staff friendly and very efficient. Got my food during busy period within a couple of minutes. I really enjoy the new look! I will go out of my way to come grab a burger at this location.

Picked up 2 burgers and fries. The burgers were completely room temperature. They gave them to me quickly, but I would have preferred someone put the precooked burgers on the grill to at least heat them up. The prices are very high (like everywhere), but one would at least expect a hot burger.

Second time being here in a week. Absolutely terrible. Ordered a burger with everything on it. Came with chipotle and onion.When back today for a breakfast sandwich. See below. Singles cheese slice and a smashed flat egg. I could have made this for .29 cents.

First of all, it’s open 24 hours which is pretty cool, and the pop, when you get it, is serve yourself, which is nice for refills. The place clean, and the blueberry pie was surprisingly good and I still prefer the original double to anything else on the menu, but to each their own. I suggest getting the gravy to dip your onion rings in. Harvey’s makes me proud to be Canadian along with Molson, which they sadly, do not yet sell
