Clean Freaks Ottawa - carpet & upholstery cleaning

I use Clean Freaks for all my carpet cleaning needs. I have a few rental properties and I always get Steve's company to do the carpets between tenants and always with great results! He also does my carpets at home. Highly recommended!!

They are truly professional. He sent me pictures of the carpet before and the carpet after while he was doing to the cleaning. I was extremely happy with the job. I will definitely hire this company again.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Stephen and Samantha of Clean Freaks!Our house had 20 years of built up nicotine on the walls which had created a gross shade of yellow. My wife and I had researched many residential cleaning companies and found that almost all of them could only offer spot cleaning of the walls which would not have solved our problems. When we contacted Clean Freaks, Stephen offered a full solution to completely clean all of the walls with a method that would permanently destroy the gross nicotine smell in the house.I'm satisfied to say that it worked wonderfully and our house smells like brand new again! We also enlisted their services for a full house cleaning and they did not disappoint. They cleaned cabinets, floors, the stove and the fridge. Even our appliances look brand new again. I would gladly recommend Clean Freaks to be your go-to company when it comes to even the toughest of cleaning jobs. Their work is remarkable and all for a fair price!

June 2023: Stephen at Clean Freaks Ottawa is professional and responsive to communicate with us in a timely fashion throughout the whole process (from providing a quote, booking an appointment, to providing an receipt after the job). We understand that the condition of my MIL's carper was bad, and there is no guarantee to bring it back to its original shape. But, it is a lot better after cleaning as you can see in the before and after pictures. Will recommend Clean Freaks.

Hired Clean Freaks to clean a carpet in a 3 story stairwell. Stephen the owner was pleasant and responsive to my questions/request for a quote. He also conducted the cleaning; showing up on time and ensuring that the carpet was clean before he left.

I reached out to clean Clean Freaks after searching for a cleaning service that could handle our nicotine coated house that also required a massive cleaning. I had no luck finding anyone who could handle the job, until contacting Stephen. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional in his assessment and quotes. He also went above and beyond in giving my husband and I renovation advice and provided us with a fair and reasonable quote to complete the cleaning necessary.Samantha came in for a combined two days worth of work to eliminate the 20 plus years of built up nicotine smell that had over taken the house and then did a massive house cleaning that involved floors, window frames, appliances, cupboards and more.I can not recommend this company enough! They are promt and get the job done! I will be using them again whenever I have the need to tend to my home.Also, its worth mentioning that Stephen was incredibly flexible with scheduling the services, as we currently have contractors in the home. He was willing to reschedule if need be at any point.
